First time needing a roof replacement. John Lambert and Alex Vega made the process amazingly smooth. First coming out very quickly to inspect the roof after the hailstorm. Alex contacted our insurance office initiating the claim then scheduled an adjuster right after the inspection. Days later, the insurance adjuster and John with Premier finalized the work to be performed. working with premier was an experience for me as a first time homeowner having to have the roof replaced I was not sure on how it all worked and what colors could be picked. However, Alex and Colton were great at explaining the steps and had great communication at the start. Premier Roofing of Wichita provide excellent service. Daniel Wallace was very professional and helped us throughout the whole process. On the day of repair, the roofers were very professional, completed the job and clean up all in one day! The gutters were fixed the very next day (usually is a few days later but worked out this time)!
