Tom has helped myself and the office of Kotlar Hernandez & Cohen with setting up AppToto. Once AppToto was set up, it was extremely easy to work with. 90% of our clients respond to it by either text message, email or phone. When a client responds, we get a notification whether they are confirming an appointment or letting us know they cannot make it. It has been super effective.
