Piecemeal and focused on post surgery recovery, i.e. one body part. Not wholistic, especially for patients with complex chronic issues. I conveyed to PT that I had arm pain (hand, elbow, shoulder) from a MVA. She approved PTA work on hand and would not extend this to whole arm. Similar narrow focus happened other times as well. Last went there 6 years ago so things might have changed. There are many other excellent PT clinics in Laramie that take a more whole body approach.
Lori is clearly an expert in her craft and will be missed in her retirement. At my visit she was great at communicating what exactly is injured and what to expect during the healing process. She did a thorough job analyzing my shoulder separation, testing movement in different directions, and giving appropriate stretches and strength exercises for me to do in the following weeks. Melissa is he most professional and knowledgeable physical therapist i have ever had. I wish there were a dozen of her so she could work with me at every appointment. She assessed my shoulder issue quickly and designed an exercise program for home use. Premier is fortunate to have her as an employee.
Great clinic! All the staff are friendly, professional and knowledgeable about their facilities and patients. I am seeing Gary Zappa for physical therapy and he is terrific! He shared that he has 30 years of experience and he is skilled and kind. I highly recommend Premiere Bone & Joint for any joint or muscle pain one might be experiencing.
I'm really impressed with Premier Bone & Joint so far! Thus far, I've seen Dr. Levine and had physical therapy with Steve, and both were excellent experiences. I'm also impressed with their office team who calls personally to schedule appointments and provide reminders!
