Lori is clearly an expert in her craft and will be missed in her retirement. At my visit she was great at communicating what exactly is injured and what to expect during the healing process. She did a thorough job analyzing my shoulder separation, testing movement in different directions, and giving appropriate stretches and strength exercises for me to do in the following weeks. Melissa is he most professional and knowledgeable physical therapist i have ever had. I wish there were a dozen of her so she could work with me at every appointment. She assessed my shoulder issue quickly and designed an exercise program for home use. Premier is fortunate to have her as an employee.
Great service, knowledgeable, explains everything out in detail, stresses patience along with not over working the joint area. I enjoyed her demeanor, always cheerful and positive and provides positive encouragement. Taped my right knee reducing what little pain I had next to nothing. Explains and demonstrstes the new exercises so they are easy to do and are done correctly. Melissa is great at what she does and you should be glad to hsve her as the head of the PT department.
I'm really impressed with Premier Bone & Joint so far! Thus far, I've seen Dr. Levine and had physical therapy with Steve, and both were excellent experiences. I'm also impressed with their office team who calls personally to schedule appointments and provide reminders!
Great clinic! All the staff are friendly, professional and knowledgeable about their facilities and patients. I am seeing Gary Zappa for physical therapy and he is terrific! He shared that he has 30 years of experience and he is skilled and kind. I highly recommend Premiere Bone & Joint for any joint or muscle pain one might be experiencing.
