I feel that the manager needs to be more understanding to her client's. I do understand that there is a procedure that needs to be followed but she can at least take the time out to LISTEN to them instead of being RUDE to them. I've been down here for 10years and this Manager now needs some help ASAP on her attitude. The apartment that live in is great. I don't have any other complaints about the other workers.
I currently live here and it is great. Definitely the best apartment I have ever lived in.
The staff did a wonderful job moving my daughter in. It wasn’t a long wait and the apartment is so beautiful. Thanks everyone for making sure it’s secure and safe for my daughter. It’s her first apartment and feel like she’s in great hands. Keep up the great work that Preservation staff do!!!!!
Do not live here unless you love shootings, killings, no maintenance upkeep and lies claiming they have night patrol on their website just to get people to so called feel secure. Throw the whole place in the trash. You can't rebuild and expect a change and still letting anyone in.
This place is secured for bumz , this is a new apartment complex. I have lived here for 7 months, maintenance has walked in on me naked and has left my door open/ unlocked, things were taken from my apartment. I reported it to the corporate office,followed up by a call from a staff member that never followed up with me about my door being left unlocked and things being taken from my apartment.
