If I could give it zero stars….I would. My boyfriend has been there since October. It’s June still don’t have a mailbox key. They don’t answer the phone, emails, or the door to the leasing office but can find the man power to put notes on people door. In April, someone paid our rent for us via check and they disabled the app for him to pay. So in may and June we went and got money orders. You knock on the door to give them said money orders…. I’m trying to move & I’ve been calling their office for 3 weeks now to simply schedule a touring & fill out an application . No one has answered, their DIY text message does not work either. Every other day I call, no one in the office answers. What type of property management is this??! I’m getting pissed!
I love this place.,me and my mom lived there when they first built the first Two Streets of complex ,we lived right across the street from the rental office and swimming pool. 16th and Preservation Place.I was about 16.
My experience living in this apartment has been extremely disappointing. I’ve been here for almost two years, and it has become clear that maintenance issues are not treated as an utmost priority. I have dealt with prolonged problems, including going weeks without essential services like heat and hot water, with little to no communication or urgency from management.
