My experience living in this apartment has been extremely disappointing. I’ve been here for almost two years, and it has become clear that maintenance issues are not treated as an utmost priority. Is there a justification for the absence of heat and hot water in certain rental units? The issues raised in these reviews are troubling. I think it’s time to reexamine the property management team and hire competent personnel to properly maintain the property! Starting with the property manager!
I’m trying to move & I’ve been calling their office for 3 weeks now to simply schedule a touring & fill out an application . No one has answered, their DIY text message does not work either. Every other day I call, no one in the office answers. What type of property management is this??! I’m getting pissed!
I called their manager today at 12:25 p.m. on Monday August 11th. Their own website, not a third party states. They have one bedroom apartments for as low as $492. The lady I spoke with told me they legit don't have anything cheaper than like $900. That is unprofessional and very disrespectful to the community. This is not the year 3,000. It's literally 2025. I feel that the manager needs to be more understanding to her client's. I do understand that there is a procedure that needs to be followed but she can at least take the time out to LISTEN to them instead of being RUDE to them. I've been down here for 10years and this Manager now needs some help ASAP on her attitude. The apartment that live in is great. I don't have any other complaints about the other workers.
