I called their manager today at 12:25 p.m. on Monday August 11th. Their own website, not a third party states. They have one bedroom apartments for as low as $492. The lady I spoke with told me they legit don't have anything cheaper than like $900. That is unprofessional and very disrespectful to the community. This is not the year 3,000. It's literally 2025. I feel that the manager needs to be more understanding to her client's. I do understand that there is a procedure that needs to be followed but she can at least take the time out to LISTEN to them instead of being RUDE to them. I've been down here for 10years and this Manager now needs some help ASAP on her attitude. The apartment that live in is great. I don't have any other complaints about the other workers.
Do not live here unless you love shootings, killings, no maintenance upkeep and lies claiming they have night patrol on their website just to get people to so called feel secure. Throw the whole place in the trash. You can't rebuild and expect a change and still letting anyone in.
If I could put 0 stars I would. Only move here if you want incompetent management and issues not being fixed in a timely manner. I’m actually breaking my lease to move out of this mess. Good luck!
I currently live here and it is great. Definitely the best apartment I have ever lived in.
