No one speaks of a root canal therapy as a spa day; I can be a grueling procedure. Dr. Lee and his staff do everything possible to help you achieve a state of calm and relaxation. Dr. Lee's skill injecting numbing agents are unsurpassed. From there he worked quietly and efficiently without seeming rushed. Dr Lee and his staff were amazing! I have very bad dental anxiety and they calmed my nerves an unbelievable amount! Dr Lee is very calming. The numbing injections he did were almost painless and my root canal retreatment was done in 45minutes. I genuinely can not say enough good things about both Dr Lee and his staff! The office was clean and soothing, and everyone was extremely kind.
Aside from the fact that I was having root canal and that the procedure is expensive, my experience was positive. Dr. Lee explained the procedure and answered all my questions. The process was uncomfortable but painless. Christine, who assisted Dr. Lee, was extremely helpful and caring. She even took the time to explain what was done and show me the ex-rays of the finished product. I gave one less star due to the expense; however I did choose to go out of network due to my dental office’s recommendation.
I have a very bad phobia of anything dental. These folks were super friendly and overall GREAT! They listened to my concerns, explained what they were doing, and the office was quiet.
Very efficiently run office. Dr Lee did my work. Front desk was very friendly and the billing dept submitted my insurance stuff quickly because I got a check inside of 2 weeks.
