My first interactions with the office staff were very positive. From the first call to make an appointment to completion of the surgery, the office staff, nurses and Dr. Kim were patient, understanding and thorough in their explanations. I waited before posting, got a root canal on 1/8/26. Dr. Lee and his assistant were excellent. The atmosphere was calm and I was offered a blanket. I remained awake throughout the entire process and felt nothing. Everything was described from start to finish and nothing like people say about root canals. The pain was manageable, I followed the aftercare directions and had ZERO complications.

Dr Lee and his staff were amazing! I have very bad dental anxiety and they calmed my nerves an unbelievable amount! Dr Lee is very calming. The numbing injections he did were almost painless and my root canal retreatment was done in 45minutes. I genuinely can not say enough good things about both Dr Lee and his staff! The office was clean and soothing, and everyone was extremely kind.

No one speaks of a root canal therapy as a spa day; I can be a grueling procedure. Dr. Lee and his staff do everything possible to help you achieve a state of calm and relaxation. Dr. Lee's skill injecting numbing agents are unsurpassed. From there he worked quietly and efficiently without seeming rushed. Aside from the fact that I was having root canal and that the procedure is expensive, my experience was positive. Dr. Lee explained the procedure and answered all my questions. The process was uncomfortable but painless. Christine, who assisted Dr. Lee, was extremely helpful and caring. She even took the time to explain what was done and show me the ex-rays of the finished product. I gave one less star due to the expense; however I did choose to go out of network due to my dental office’s recommendation.
