Very efficiently run office. Dr Lee did my work. Front desk was very friendly and the billing dept submitted my insurance stuff quickly because I got a check inside of 2 weeks.
I have a very bad phobia of anything dental. These folks were super friendly and overall GREAT! They listened to my concerns, explained what they were doing, and the office was quiet.
The best care I have ever had for a root canal. Dr Lee is fantastic. The office staff is great. Highly recommend for excellent care!
Dr. Lee and staff at PreservEndo were great to work with and took exceptionally good care of me as a patient and as a client! I had dental and procedural questions before during and after their services and they were patient and able to satisfy my curiosity and concerns all along the way. It’s rare that a personal call is made to follow up which their office did to make sure I was recovering and doing well.- 5 Star+ service!!
The young lady at the front desk has such a bubbly personality you can't help but feel welcomed. The dentist and assistant both were very knowledgeable, and open to questions . The numbing didn't hurt much at all , even when he numbed me up in the roof of my mouth . I would definitely recommend this office to anyone needing a Root Canal.
