Exceptional company! I recently had a leak under the floorboards of my kitchen and they responded swiftly to my panicked call. Zach came out and was super patient (took him hours to navigate my complicated piping structure), friendly, super smart and thorough. I appreciated his candor, honesty and professionalism. My experience with Presidential Plumbing is not short of excellent. They are extremely professional and knowledgeable and capable. Even when they had issues with their suppliers, they came around and helped me with a solution. Their work is clean and top notch. I strongly recommend them for everyone in the Fort Mill and Rock Hill - SC, and the Charlotte, NC area.
We had a clog in the sink drain which was also backing up to the washer drain so we called Presidential Plumbing at about an hour after they had opened in the morning. They were able to send Brenden and Robby out the same day to get us taken care of. Brenden and Robby did a great job, they were professional and kept us up to date on the progress, we ended up having almost 30 years of grease buildup about 75 feet down the pipes but they got us taken care of and now everything is working again.
