First impressions of one of the staff members wasn't great when I went there 3 months prior to make an appointment she didn't like the fact I had 3 dermatologist. The first one I suddenly felt uncomfortable because it was a man, the second one she was great but didn't do faces. So that is when I am glad I gave prestige a chance. Natalie is great. I was made to feel comfortable in my own skin. Even the staff members are wonderful. So I just wanted to so thank you.
Not recommended. I was particularly careful in describing my issue as I had already seen three doctors. When making the initial appointment, I carefully described my need. I was put on hold so that my issue could be discussed. I was assured not a problem. Dr. Shah saw me, immediately indicated that they could do nothing..he left the room, conferred with Dr. Monticello, who proceeded to advise Shah, that nope, can't accommodate. My first time here checking in was very fast. Did most of it on line before I got there.staff was very friendly. Dr Natalie was very professional, and answered all my questions. Someone stayed with me until I was ready to leave, offered me juice I was feeling a little wheezy. Everyone there made me feel like family. I would definitely recommend this place.
The staff was very nice. The wait time was excellent. There was no wait time at all. We got there we got in and we got out the doctor thorough allowed me to ask questions. Make sure I understood everything and prescribed medication. We had no issues they took our medical insurance. By far one of the best experiences, I’ve had so far with a specialist thank you prestige dermatology for taking care of me and my family. We look forward to Continued business.
I was recently diagnosed with Grover’s disease. They had an office member call me to let me know instead of Allison Lowie who was in charge of my care. I had called them numerous times about my itching and was given some topical creme and that was it!!!! I am extremely disgusted about the way I was told and also by the way I have not been given any information whatsoever about how to control my issues.
