I am extremely disappointed with how residents are treated at this property. Today, I attempted to have a calm conversation with Julie, the property manager, regarding my unusually high AEP electric bills and several ongoing maintenance concerns. Instead of listening or working toward a resolution, I felt dismissed and that my concerns were not taken seriously. I would like to say this building is amazing. The community is the best as well. It’s the best central area in Columbus Ohio. You can walk to pretty much everything and even enjoy the Burcher & Rose restaurant at any time there open. Chloe & Julie are the best at their job as helping us residents enjoy our stay at the Preston Centre. Their since of urgency when I have questions or concerns never go unnoticed. Julie & Chloe have made our experience at Preston incredible. Since moving in, they have been extremely helpful in every aspect. The living experience from the maintenance, security, and staff level is superior to anything else. Highly recommend!
I’ve loved living at the Preston Centre. It’s spacious, clean, brand new, and safe. I saw someone mention that they had problems with management and that has not been my experience at all. They’re always happy to help and almost always here during the day. It’s obviously pricy but in my opinion very worth it because of the safety, luxury and amenities you’re getting. A great experience at the Preston Centre. The staff (Kayla, Chloe and Tracy) are all wonderful and the entire place has a fantastic attention to detail. Overall, it is a great resident experience in terms of the property , staff , amenities and location!
