I had an accident yesterday after midnight, went to this facility and I was impressed with their customer service. The staff was caring, knowledgeable and very attentive. Even though I was in pain they put me at ease. Dr. Muñiz was excellent. Melanie, Linda and Blake were sweet and empathetic. Above all they were super professional. They even walked to my car to make sure I was safe since it was 4:00 am. I will definitely be back to that location if I ever need it. Top notch!
I came in because I had just got in a car accident and Jackie the front desk checked me in she was fast and got me checked in right away. She was so nice. The nurse Sade and lab tech Blake and CT tech Luis they demonstrated incredible professionalism, skill, and genuine compassion. Dr. Briani was amazing he listened to all my concerns and answered any questions I had. Overall was an amazing experience. I highly recommend coming here
As wonderful as an emergency room visit can be. Check in was easy. J was so nice and got me set up quickly. The waiting room was clean and pleasant. Sade is a wonderful nurse who made me feel comfortable and at ease. She answered all my questions and was very reassuring. Dr. Sok was kind and thorough. While I hope I never have a reason to use an ER again, if I did I would definitely go back to the Preston Hollow ER.
I had the best experience I’ve ever had in an emergency room. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly professional, kind, and attentive. They made me feel truly cared for during a stressful situation. The facility was clean, well-maintained, and not crowded, which added to the comfort of my visit. I can’t say enough good things about Preston Hollow Emergency Room—exceptional care all around!
The receptionist (Melanie)was nice and polite. The nurse (Jade) was friendly. The radiology tech (Corey) was extremely nice and the ER doctor (fletcher) was extremely informative and friendly. Overall I hade a good experience and there was no wait at all. Thank you all!
