Similar to another review I saw on here, I was able to get sober thanks to the help provided by another treatment facility. At the end of the day, sobriety is up to you if you truly want it. However, what’s really crucial are those first 30 days and getting the right tools and guidance. This place offers no tools and overlooks AA. My son was a patient there for alcoholism. When I came to visit, he told me he felt like his counselor could care less if he got better or not I called the counselor and asked the counselor if he could just make him feel like he mattered. I didn’t ask them to coddle him or let him get away from accountability for his problem. Did not ask him to change his course of treatment or his way of treatment just to make my son feel like he mattered and wasn’t just money in their pocket. This place have gave me so much to hope for due to the staff Ms.jasmine, Mr>derrick, Ms.talisha, my counclor Ms.rachel and many more of the staff. If I could give a 1 star I would. The communication is awful between them. There were major concerns, things happening (threats, Harassment) and refused to address the concerns. The therapist called and stated that she could not do anything since she was put in the middle between client and supervisor conflict. Adolescents: Day shift staff is amazing, and they respect you as much as you respect them. They really go into detail for the groups. They make you give a bunch of feedback that may or may not be helpful to whoever is saying how they feel. PaRc has been so helpful for me and my family
