Friendly staff from the moment you walk in including the front desk who were very helpful and welcoming. The clinic is clean and great pharmacy next door. The blood draw tech was amazing and made the process quick and easy, and the doctor was excellent and explained everything clearly. Overall a really positive experience :)
Everytime i visit or call Dr Ali and his staff, I get exceptional treatment. If you are looking for a kind and caring doctor check him out. He also has several PAs who assist at his office. I have been seeing Dr Cooley for over 40 years and I am impressed with his knowledge. He has given me many years of solid medical advice. He is truly a caring and concerned doctor. Had hip replacement surgery and Corewell Farmington Hills contacted Dr. Ali and asked him to check on me. He answered questions I had and adjusted two medications and dosages immediately to Optim for my maintenance type of drugs. Within 5 minutes I was notified by Optim that drug order had been received. Appreciate his patience and quick response.
Nadine was absolutely amazing. Actually listened to me and helped me work through some of the health issues I’ve been having. It’s such a relief to have someone that actually cares, and listens and getting real treatment. I am so grateful! Thank you Nadine
