I’m a new patient here and felt welcomed the moment I step in the door. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. And Dr. Jacob took the time to listen to my concerns and is really helping me figure it out. I would recommend anyone to give them a try.
I normally go to Allen Park and see Joel Snover and Brandy Mannie but today I called in too late so they had Jacob call me.Jacob called me right on time and took care of all my needs. Clean new office and rooms, understanding staff and the doc listened to all my questions . Some doctors just brush you off but here doctor Jacob was patient and took his time with my visit, will def make this my primary care doctor! If your looking for a friendly and knowledgeable primary care this is your place..
This was a telecall appointment to get clearance for a medication refill. I spoke with Jacob who was very attentive, asked pertinent questions and was very professional. I've connected with Jacob on 2 different occasions and both times I was happy with the content and results of my telecall appointment.
Very professional, I knew I was going to be taken care of when I walked in the door. Every one from the front desk staff, doctor, lab was warm. Would recommend to family and friends.
