I just wanna say that talking to the PA Was very nice. He was very courteous, treated me with the utmost respect, and handled my problems with professionalism. I would recommend Primary Care Center to anybody who needs a wonderful medical facility. They are the best!!!
My son told me he found the best doctor Downriver and referred me to Dr. Jacob. Our family absolutely love HIM!! He listens to you and knows how to help! So blessed to call him our primary care doctor. Thank you, Dr. Jacob! You are so appreciated!!
I was very very anxious having to see a new doctor and all that goes along with that. Absolutely 💯 satisfaction. Awesome staff. Friendly, courteous, i couldn't ask for a better experience. Jacob got me straightened out. Front staff and assistant are all fantastic.
It's like a shiny new penny,..new office makeover,..new doctors,..new receptionist,..new services..a true upgrade from any office I've visited in the past..my doctor/provider "Big Jake" is the coolest Doc ever..I was a little leary about getting a new physician at my age, but he instantly put those fears to rest..this young man knows his stuff.. the staff is top notch, one is like a velvet glove while performing procedures and the other is a joy to talk to on the phone and she knows the receptionist job well..all in all, I'm... read more
Everyone at this care center is very helpful and knowledgeable. I spoke to Jacob the PA today and he approved the refill for the script I was taking. This was done in a timely manner. Good service. Also, Thank you to Noel for always following through with my requests.
