I had an excellent experience at this urgent care clinic and was truly impressed by the level of professionalism and compassion demonstrated by the entire team. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff were welcoming, efficient, and respectful of my time. The check-in process was smooth, and I was seen much sooner than I expected.
I've never been to a doctor that actually cares about their patients like they do, they made me feel like I had 10,000 pound's of stress lifted from me,they are very kind and understanding! Thank you so much to Meghan for helping me in my time of need! Im very fortunate to have found this doctor! Highly recommended!
I've have been seeing Dr Cooley for 28 years now cause he is the best . He is now and will always be the best Dr i have ever had . Dr Cooley has the best bedside manner of all the Dr's I've ever seen. The staff is amazing to all of them . They really go above and beyond to help you . I moved 2 hours away 16 years ago and still see them . Dr Cooley is definitely worth the 4 hours of driving I'll never leave his office . Thank you to Dr Cooley and staff for such excellent care over the years .
Switching pcp I was a bit nervous but after first meeting with Rebecca the assistant who is just fantastic and then Meghan who is exactly what I was hoping for. Megan is also fantastic. I'm very happy with my choice and if your looking for professionals with great attitudes and really caring then you will want to give them a try. I give them a 5 plus.
The staff and the doctor that treated my son were wonderful. I couldn’t be happier. Went to urgent care and the hospital before I came here and they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with my son. He’s on his way to being well again thanks to them. Would highly recommend.
