Exceptional consideration and service. My mom is immunocompromised but needed blood work. The phlebotomist came out,(nice weather day), to draw her blood. Dr Ali also checked her out. I love this office and have referred many friends. He is so knowledgeable and personable. He is all you ask for in a doctor, someone that really listens.
The Primary Care Center in Taylor is outstanding in every way! The doctor was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to, and the staff is very welcoming and helpful as well when you sign in. I'm thankful and confident to have them as a part of my Health Care!! PS...There is even an Elixir Pharmacy right when you walk in which can provide your medicines that are prescribed as well! Quick and caring staff also doctors and PA are very helpful and all make you feel confident about the level of care for the whole family .i would definitely refer all family and friends to primary care center . Thank you doctors ,PA’s and staff for a great experience.
I keep getting my insulin prescribed incorrectly. Not only my insulin, but any script that involves my diabetes. I gave the doctor specific instructions of the dose. I am supposed to be taking and you would think it would be figured out within two weeks. I have made multiple calls to try and resolve this, and I have seen two different providers and it seems like they do not want to prescribe my diabeties medcines correctly. She was very nice and caring. She took her time with me. Even though I have a hard time concentrating and had to have her repeat quite a few times I was very happy that she was patient with me.
