You never know who is your primary. They come and go frequently. I really only needed to leave a urine after a visit to a walk in 2 weeks prior( which was very nice, professional, great check up, and received 1 wk of antibiotics for a uti). The paperwork said if need follow see your primary. I took all meds as directed, but still had some of the symptoms, but not as severe. I called ahead about being a few minutes late due to traffic and school buses, and the person on the phone said it’s okay as long as I’m less than 15 minutes late. I was 8 minutes late and no one was at reception. I waited several minutes (6-7 minutes) and knocked on the door. The receptionist, Ruth, came out and said “you are late” so I told her I was waiting several minutes and called ahead and was told it’s okay if I’m less than 15 minutes late. Dr. Idress is excellent with my Mother regarding keeping abreast of necessary blood work and giving my Mother adequate medical attention. Also, want to mention Victoria whom is always kind as well. Office visits always prompt. Dr.reviews all issues & appointments. Blood work done and reviewed next day. Great place to go if you like efficiency.
I have been seeing Dr Suddha for a number of years. She is thorough, takes the time to review results and discuss any questions I have. The office staff and Nursing staff are professional and responsive.
