Margaret was great to work with. Very attentive, knowledgeable, on point and extremely friendly. After showing me the house initially and agreeing to make an offer, she did research and found out that my offer would be to high for current state of the market in the neighborhood which in turn ended up saving me close to $20K. That is my kind of agent. I would highly recommend her to anyone!
