If you want your loan to FAIL hire Primary Residential Mortgage and Ernie Menchaca. Ernie Menchaca is a pitiful loan originator. We are a full week past our closing date and Ernie stopped responding to calls two days ago. On the closing date we were waiting for the buyers to sign and were informed Ernie had not sent the buyer the required documents and we must wait an additional 3 days.
