I keep getting reminders to complete this survey so I finally did- but as I did not have any direct communication with this lender or team during the transaction I’m not sure why I kept getting this. I did have a transaction close with this lender recently, but received zero communications other than those passed along from the buyer’s licensee. The transaction closed smoothly and on time and I have no complaints. Just sharing that the survey seems non applicable.

In the beginning of the transaction there was somehow a mistake as to what the sales price of the transaction was which we had to correct, an amendment was missing at a later date, and the lender never responded to my emails for clarification. I have been involved with PRMI twice recently (different lender) and there was a lack of communication both times. Quite honestly PRMI is not a company I would recommend.
