The staff is very nice, welcoming & so careful. They make sure you have all the information you need. I love Dr. Penny & Veronica the front desk manager is so nice & so sweet. I go here for myself & I’m 27, I love here for all my braces needs. From doctor to price, they do everything they can to help you & make sure you’re more than informed. My appointments are always quick & clean. You’re more than a patient at prime pediatric. I can’t wait for my transformation results.
My experience here at Prime Pediatric Dental (4410 West 16th Avenue Suite 52, Hialeah, FL 33012) was FATAL. I made my child’s appointment almost a month in advance for him to be seen by Dr. Rivera. I called at 1:00 p.m. on the day of the appointment to correct the address and they didn’t tell me that the doctor would not be there even though I reported that I had only made the appointment for that doctor and that was why we had waited so long. We took out two year old autistic little girl to Prime Pediatric Dental Group and were very pleased with the service. The staff is AMAZING. They were so kind and patient with our terrified little girl. We would definitely recommend this practice to anyone with kids.
I’ve been coming here for years. The staff is very respectful and organized. Vero in specifically has been assisting me in my treatment for years. She’s very professional and works with much care. Amazing experience from the entire staff literally 100 stars!
