My experience here at Prime Pediatric Dental (4410 West 16th Avenue Suite 52, Hialeah, FL 33012) was FATAL. I made my child’s appointment almost a month in advance for him to be seen by Dr. Rivera. I called at 1:00 p.m. on the day of the appointment to correct the address and they didn’t tell me that the doctor would not be there even though I reported that I had only made the appointment for that doctor and that was why we had waited so long. We took out two year old autistic little girl to Prime Pediatric Dental Group and were very pleased with the service. The staff is AMAZING. They were so kind and patient with our terrified little girl. We would definitely recommend this practice to anyone with kids.
Amazing experience from the entire staff literally 100 stars! My son has been attending this dentist since 2019. Its been the best experience. Dr.Sanchez & her assistant Anne are the greatest, to the point that my son won't see anyone else if it's not them 😆. He has had 8 extractions by Dr.Sanchez and she was so caring and comforting. She really cares for her patients. She going to have to be his doctor until he's an adult 😂. I applaud this place for taking care of some many kids a day. Yes, it takes almost 1hr. to be called in but is understandable when you are dealing with surgeries. The place is clean and the workers are very nice 👍🏻
