Capri is the best, she asked me a few questions to help me select the right unit and within minutes I was in and out. The property is clean and the customer service is top notch.
Capri has been super friendly and very helpful with anything I need help with. I was confused about a few things on my bill and she took the time to go over it with me and was super friendly about everything. The storage facility is very clean and quiet ..ibdefinetly like this facility out of a dozens others I had these past 2 years it's worth the drive .
I needed a storage unit at the last minute today, and I was able to complete the paperwork and move all my belongings in within an hour. Capri, the General Manager, assisted me and made the entire process enjoyable. Capri is super helpful at Prime Storage. I highly recommend this secure storage place that feels like a friendly small business instead of a large corporate entity.
$$$$$All the care about is keeping their prices HIGH!!! $$$They used to allow competitors price matching, but every time I inquired if they still honor that- the workers are clueless ?! The district manager disregards customers!! The district manager or owner has no interest in the customers whatsoever! Be careful everyone! They have numerous fees that they will not adjust and do not care how inexpensive other storage places are that are in Palm Desert.
