Best experience! The entire team is great and kind. I recently had an issue with the billing date and it was taken care by the GM. I am greatful to Capri for taking the time to fix the issue. Just as she said "don't worry, I will take care of the issue ", and she did.
Convenient and good price. Everyone there is nice. Capri was super helpful and does security sweeps to make sure everything is locked and secured.
I just needed a smaller unit while I was in between places // apartment hunting. This place was the most affordable despite offering the same type of service that a lot of other facilities have for 1.5 to 2 times the price. They had a promotional deal going for the first month being free and then being charged each month after, so I took advantage of that. I've been happy here at Prime Storage Palm Desert for many years now. Location is good for me, in and out is very convenient with my big truck and always safe and clean. Capri the general manager is great to work with.
