Prime storage at 75050 Merle dr is a terrible storage facility. what they dont tell u is dust will go into your unit making deep clean a necessity. Also watch out for their trip to bring you in on a low price then increase your cost 4 months later. also they require a months notice to cancel unlike other storage companies. Their employee Joel is two faced when ur signing up he's great when ur cancelling he is of no help he told me upfront a $100 certificate would be given the my partner ..it never came. dont support this bus... read more

What they don’t tell you in ALL their container leak dust and desert sand. In a month everything is covered in a fine dust hard to clean off. I would never store anything valuable in them.
