I’ll never rent there again. They advertise 1st month free, but not for me. I signed up for auto payments, but they asked me for payment every month. But when they wanted to bill me for lack of insurance ( which I proved that my homeowners covered) they were able to auto bill me. They don’t give refunds. They raise the rent at their own whim. Where to begin? The onsite staff are helpful and professional; however The main security gate doesn't close so your main security feature is not there, and hasn’t been for 4 or more months, there is a huge landfill/dump across the road that is putting out methane gas 24/7 that gets into your unit, they raise the price arbitrarily every few months. Prices increase immediately and they have a serious serious mice problem!!! They obviously have no pest control though they can afford it with all the increases. would NOT recommend at all. Am also confused how they got 4 stars when they barely deserve 1!! Won't ever deal with prime storage again!!!
They have rats inside the units . They will not do anything about your loss. Monthly rent goes up every month about 20$ . This is by far Worse storage unit in upstate NY . Do not use this storage !
