I don’t appreciate that you raised my storage fee to almost $100 when I had originally signed up for the unit at $50.
I just worked with Darla at the Cohoes facility, and she was fantastic. She insured that the storage unit was the correct size for what I needed, and then processed the rental agreement in an expeditious manner. This is the second rental experience at a second location with Prime Storage, and I have been well satisfied both times. Thank you!
