Amanda was very helpful- she was the reason I rented the unit Amanda was very efficient and helpful
Angela was great couldn't ask for a better Manager. I was pleased with Angela customer service, I felt at home talking to her she was so down to earth and professional at the same time. She showed me around the facility and it was clean. I would recommend this facility to friends and family.
Many things unacceptable!! My reservation was made at a different location. And I was given a deal of 1st month free. I accidentally went to the wrong location. And when my bill was written up Andria charged me $81 and now I'm going to be paying $75 each month extra. Because the Canton Rd location was only $45 I think. I'm very disappointed that Andria would not honor my reservation at the Canton Rd location. I'm going to have to move to a different storage. And also my new code did not work I sat for 30 minutes at the gate ... read more
