Great Service We selected this storage facility due to its proximity to our house and are very pleased with the location, facilities and service. Rick was extremely helpful in getting us set up and providing a tour. Would absolutely recommend!

The staff has really been a blessing to me. Everyone I have spoken to or needed help, went far and beyond to help me when I needed it. I would surely be happy to recommend Prime Storage to others.
Fantastic service and storage! Iâve only been here a month and a half and I have no regrets. Itâs clean and access to my vehicle is convenient. My application process went totally smoothly. Couldnât be happier.
excellent! Rick is an excellent manager and good at customer service. My only cpmplaint is that the lights should be on all of the time during the day on weekends. It is inconvenient to have to walk down the hall every 15 minutes to activate lights.

Terrible response from PGH! Most of the time I am ignored it seems like. As a tenant I have had the Prime Group management not respond to requests for months with multiple requests that were urgent. It has cost me money and a lot of wasted time. I continue to get unexplained bills with late charges on bills that have been paid. I'm very disappointed in this group.
Overpriced and not safe. My rent has gone up 3 times. Had several items stolen. Stays cold in the winter as they donât turn up the heat
