⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Hands down the best storage experience I’ve ever had! From the moment I walked in, Jess went above and beyond — truly first-class service. She was welcoming, knowledgeable, and made the entire process quick and stress-free. The units are clean, secure, and easy to access, but what really sets Prime Storage apart is the staff.
Jascia and Sachiko are star employees. I had an issue with an upgrade/switch of unit. The corporate office was not responsive but the main in the St. Thomas, VI jumped right on it and got it solved in a snap! Wish I came to them sooner. Great customer service!
