Read the lease agreement carefully and don't listen to what they say over the phone. I was charged over $350 for a second month that I did not need because a staff member led me to believe my verbal request for one month only would be sufficient. Then their emails conveniently went into my spam folder until my payment was overdue. Seems like dishonesty to me.
Facility is clean and easily accessible. However, one month after arrival they increased our monthly storage fee substantially. Because of the raise in price without reason, we won't be using them again.
Andrea was able to accommodate my husband and I with what we wanted. Sam showed us to our unit and was very polite. All in all the process was smooth and our questions were answered. Thank you to Miss Shirley for making us feel at home too
Customer service was excellent, the storage unit has a piece of metal hanging from the door which I hit my head on, no damage but it needs to be fixed the lighting is not bright enough at least not for a female customer. Thank you
