She was welcoming, knowledgeable, and made the entire process quick and stress-free. The units are clean, secure, and easy to access, but what really sets Prime Storage apart is the staff.
Jascia and Sachiko are star employees. I had an issue with an upgrade/switch of unit. The corporate office was not responsive but the main in the St. Thomas, VI jumped right on it and got it solved in a snap! Wish I came to them sooner. Great customer service!

No A/C units but still does the job. I value the fact I was able to check in and get setup after hours when the office was closed. The main number redirects to a service agent so I could still receive help. It’s a bit tricky to find at first.
