We had a last min move and Sangrario (sp) Was wonderful she was very detail and got us signed up quickly and showed us where our units were. She is very professional and a wonderful asset to Prime Storage Thank you Mary Ann Brown

Read the lease agreement carefully and don't listen to what they say over the phone. I was charged over $350 for a second month that I did not need because a staff member led me to believe my verbal request for one month only would be sufficient. Then their emails conveniently went into my spam folder until my payment was overdue. Seems like dishonesty to me.
Andrea was able to accommodate my husband and I with what we wanted. Sam showed us to our unit and was very polite. All in all the process was smooth and our questions were answered. Thank you to Miss Shirley for making us feel at home too
Andrea, Shirley and Sam are AWESOME! They are very versed in customer service and and are positive reflections of your company. I had no trouble getting what I asked for. They are spot on.
