Andrea was able to accommodate my husband and I with what we wanted. Sam showed us to our unit and was very polite. All in all the process was smooth and our questions were answered. Thank you to Miss Shirley for making us feel at home too
Andrea, Shirley and Sam are AWESOME! They are very versed in customer service and and are positive reflections of your company. I had no trouble getting what I asked for. They are spot on.
Facility is clean and easily accessible. However, one month after arrival they increased our monthly storage fee substantially. Because of the raise in price without reason, we won't be using them again.
Customer service was excellent, the storage unit has a piece of metal hanging from the door which I hit my head on, no damage but it needs to be fixed the lighting is not bright enough at least not for a female customer. Thank you
I am sorry to state, but I but I cannot give your facility a high or favorable rating. Your staff is very friendly and professional. My issue lies with the rates of your establishment. I've used your facility for about one year, and your rates/costs are constantly increasing. I started at around $220 per month and when I finally removed my stuff, the rates were around $350.
