It's been good so far. Sometimes there is no carts and I have to find one
Great except the hallways on the second floor were not very cool at all. Need to address that issue in the heat of the summer.

apparently the company I originally signed up with sold to Prime. I didn't get any kind of notice of it it just happened so when a new company was calling me identifying them selves as Prime I was sure it was a scam.. I talked to a Wanda a few weeks ago & told her I was going to terminate my lease & what did I need to do. She said she would check into it & call me back which she never contacted me again & I was charged 13$ late fee that I was told was non negotiable even though I had tried to terminate a few weeks ago
So many issues, but the latest is when I went to the storage unit during business hours and no one was there. When someone came in a few minutes later they said they couldn’t help me for at least 20 more minutes because they had just come back from getting their lunch and now they were going to eat. I got messages about my payment being late but had a direct bank payment with the previous owner and was never informed the business had changed hands. I had called and reserved a locker for my husband and I, where I was told it would be held for a week. When my mother went to get the locker within the week, the one I had reserved had been taken. Instead, we got 2 lockers to add up to the same square footage. Howver. Do due to the change in size, some of our things will not fit.
