From day one this place has been outstanding. Clean, great customer service, very organized and secured with needing code to get into building.
The service we received was awesome! The lady that helped us on 26 June 1947 (I'm sorry but I forgot her name) was excellent and very knowledgeable. She answered all our questions and handled all the paperwork very efficiently.
Nice clean facility. Appears to have a good security system that prevents theft. My limited experience with their employees was very good. They just implemented a 17% incease in fees, so either they were way underpriced before or now that they own three of the largest strorage units in the area feel they have pricing power. Their contract allows unlimited fee increases with your only recourse being to stop renting from them. Buyer beware.
