Earlier I wrote a nasty review about them increasing the cost of my storage unit $78, after having the unit only a couple of months. A guy named Jason from Prime Storage contacted me, we talked and he told me to contact the local office of the one I use, which I did. We worked out a very acceptable price, and I am very happy now! Thank You Prime Storage!!
