If I could give this storage unit 0 stars I would. We purchased a 10x30 controlled indoor storage unit as we had a number of not only expensive items, but sentimental things stored in our unit that we wanted to make sure were well taken care of. This is one of the most expensive units available. Upon moving out, we discovered our entire unit was literally covered in mouse droppings; every box, every piece of furniture, all over the floor.
