We recently moved from Washington State and were searching for a storage facility that offered easy access for semi trucks. Chaneese was the primary reason we decided to sign up. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating, going above and beyond to assist us. She saved us both time and money, showing empathy and understanding—qualities that are quite rare these days!
PLEASE NOTE – Many of the positive reviews of this place date back before Dec of 2021, when this was Bethel Self Storage. BSS was fantastic (4.9-star rating before). This new corporate company, Prime Storage, is a huge national chain, and they took over in January of 2022. This review applies to them specifically. I only post 1-star reviews if a place is truly horrible, and Prime Storage is. I was very fortunate to have Teresa helping me with my storage unit. She was clear, detailed, and super helpful with everything I needed to know. She also has a very upbeat personality and was so welcoming. The one advance I would give, if you’re looking for a storage unit, ask for Teresa by name! She will help make this experience super seamless and easy!
I have been leasing at this facility since before Prime bought the property. I had two units at this facility for over 6 years, before I recently had time to move my belongings to another storage facility. Since Prime Storage has bought the facility, my overall experience (and bank account) has gone drastically downhill.
