I have rented for years at this property. I just recently moved out because I bought a house in North Carolina. I had a wonderful experience renting here. The staff were always kind and helpful. Sherese was the best!! Always pleasant and willing to help. I’ll miss renting with Prime storage Bethel

I made the mistake of calling this facility simply to inquire about prices for storing a few boxes. Their website isn't just confusing—it's designed to intentionally mislead you. I came in looking for storage the young lady at the desk stood up to greet me with a big smile. I’ve never rented Storage so she explained everything to me. She was very nice. I ended up renting up the street just because that site didn’t have any indoor temperature unit. But I would definitely suggest to my family and friends to rent there because she had really great customer service. I can’t remember her name something with an S.
I had a great experience with signing up for a new storage unit Sherese was very helpful and made the whole process so much more manageable. Thanks to Sherese I’ll recommend prime storage in bethel!
