I have been renting at this site since 2015. I have seen lots of improvements. The property is so well maintained and clean. Sherese is very kind and friendly. Always ask me how I am and how are my grandchildren. She is so sweet. If I’m rushing and for get to lock my unit she calls me that same day so I am aware. Great customer service.
Never put anything in storage . So I was apprehensive about storing my memories out of my sight but I to because I just didn’t have more space at home. Our family had grown but our space didn’t. Went to Prime and was greeted by Sherese who was cordial and helpful. Listen to my concerns and addressed all of them . I was confident my valuables were in good and caring hand s Sherese was professional and compassionate. If I ever need storage again I hope she is still here

This the best storage facility I had the best experience, I was stressed out I had my 2 young children with me, and Sherese was so kind , she gave my children paper to color on, so I could finish the rental process. The units were clean and easy to access. I recommend this storage facility.
