This the best storage facility I had the best experience, I was stressed out I had my 2 young children with me, and Sherese was so kind , she gave my children paper to color on, so I could finish the rental process. The units were clean and easy to access. I recommend this storage facility.
Very professional since I started booking, went through the process at the storage and even after settling in, there is a continuation in the service quality. Hats off to Sherese, she master her work very professionally

I made the mistake of calling this facility simply to inquire about prices for storing a few boxes. Their website isn't just confusing—it's designed to intentionally mislead you. I have rented for years at this property. I just recently moved out because I bought a house in North Carolina. I had a wonderful experience renting here. The staff were always kind and helpful. Sherese was the best!! Always pleasant and willing to help. I’ll miss renting with Prime storage Bethel
