My monthly bill more than doubled within four months My April 2026 agreement for a 10×15 unit at Prime Storage in Bourne showed $152 in monthly rent plus an $18 protection plan: $170 total. After the initial free-rent period, I paid $170 per month for May, June, and July. From August 4, the monthly bill increased to $353.
