My wife chose Prime Storage to store our son-in-law's possessions after he moved to Utah. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised when I examined the facility. It is immaculate, well-lit, well-secured, and well-ventilated, and reasonably priced, unlike some other storage facilities in New Bedford. We found the employees courteous, helpful and friendly. Although ours was very short term storage until the cross-country movers came, we were thoroughly satisfied and would highly recommend Prime Storage. 5+++stars.
Very good experience, very helpful staff. They were very accomodating when I had a large moving van delivery to my unit, and again later when I moved my stuff out. Premises are clean, well maintained and secure.
Nice and secure storage unit with unique code for you to get in with good hours. Unfortunately due to my own error and what it seems to not reading the fine print. My bill went from $66 to $153 after 3 months. Due to not regularly checking my email and not being around due to military orders, I was unaware the change was going to take effect. Susan was super helpful in closing out my unit. For the time I used prime storage I didn't have 1 issue. They were very transparent up front about the fee schedules . When it was time to cancel it was super easy . 5 stars Susan!
This was the best storage experience I’ve ever had! The two working are kind, helpful, informative and caring. When moving my sacred and cherished pieces into a strangers storage facility I was uneasy. Their attention to care was beyond refreshing. It smelt clean, there are videos cameras and plenty of Dollies (spelling) to move heavy items.
