If I could give this place zero stars I would. DO NOT STORE YOUR STUFF HERE, UNLESS YOU WANT MOLD. Anything that was not contained in boxes was destroyed. Couches, recliners, shelves, strollers, giant expensive bean bag chairs. All covered in so much mold. Even better, in the fine print they say they don't guarantee it to be climate controlled despite saying so. Since MA doesn't have a definition for climate control it's not unforced. The storage space is just as advertised. As long as my belongings are safe and secure My rating is sufficient. The one thing by which I feel (not that one person's experience matters in a company this large) should accommodate a customer with a way to move items in and out when office is closed. I'm speaking mainly about Sundays, which is probably the most useful day when it comes to moving... I mean you could develope a corral with a key pass entry. I had to delete and change my review! Because after being there for some time now! I have many issues! First of all there is a leaking water issue in the building and I started the process on May 4th 2024, with one of the floating managers to put in my insurance claim and they were suppose to get back to me within 24-72 hours! They ignore you they stopped responding through email! Now mind you I have submitted all the proof and have witnesses that there is a water issue in that building and the company is not helping me! Like others said i had a good review until I moved my items out and was sad to see almost every single purse&bag I had was covered with mold, after they increased their prices. $160 a month to ruin your possessions. Stay away.
