Prime Storage is horrible with getting back to you. I have been waiting three weeks for a district manager to get back to me. I paid for tow years up front & was told at the time this would guarantee my rate. Later I am told in the small print this is not guaranteed. Rate increased from $56/month to $149.00/Month! I had a rental unit at Prime Storage for over a year almost 2 years, I have use storage units before but I found Prime Storage 1 of the best. They were always willing to work with me whatever the issue was. The staff was pleasant, courteous, and knowledgeable. If I ever had a need for a Storage unit in the future, I would absolutely utilize Prime Storage for my belongings. My experience dealing with Prime Storage has always been positive! L.S.
I had called a few storage units around the area and the quotes I received fluctuated quite a bit. Prime Storage was the best not only for the price, but the space and great customer service. Prime Storage was quite responsive and easy to work with. I would definitely go back if I ever need to store my valuable possessions again.
Sam in the front office is amazing. He knows his stuff and answered all my questions. He very efficient at getting you set up with your unit!
This storage unit is great! It's clean, well kept, secure, climate controlled and has flatbeds that you can use to haul heavier stuff to your unit. The best part is they have onsite management and the staff are very friendly and helpful 😃!
