I had called a few storage units around the area and the quotes I received fluctuated quite a bit. Prime Storage was the best not only for the price, but the space and great customer service. Prime Storage was quite responsive and easy to work with. I would definitely go back if I ever need to store my valuable possessions again.
This storage unit is great! It's clean, well kept, secure, climate controlled and has flatbeds that you can use to haul heavier stuff to your unit. The best part is they have onsite management and the staff are very friendly and helpful 😃!
Sam in the front office is amazing. He knows his stuff and answered all my questions. He very efficient at getting you set up with your unit!
The refer a friend program is a scam! My sister referred me and she never received her Amazon gift card. I referred my brother and never received mine! Went back and forth with management for months & still getting no where with them! Garbage just laying around the property. Don’t recommend
The process was painless and easy. Didn't take long for me to reserve my unit before I was contacted by somebody. Everything was handled online or over the phone.... and voila, I had a unit ready to move into that same day!
