This company is a rip-off. They tried to increase my rent 60% with no warning, and told me their increases were based on "a case by case basis". No actual rental increase policy that I could in the contract I signed. I do not recommend them. They posted a response, so I contacted them again to see if I could talk to someone about resolving this issue. I re-explained my dissatisfaction and was told that someone with more authority would get back to me. So far no response.
Not sure if Brendan is the store manager or not, but he should be, very attentive, knowledgeable, and helpful. The facility is nice and clean and I have never had issues. Exactly what you’d want in a storage facility. I did not like the constant rising prices (twice in less than 12month lease) and extra charges for after hour entry so only 4 stars.
Great onsite service. But when a customer service representative called me to pay for the unit over the phone I was never offered the free month as advertised on the website 😅. That's unfair & sucks 👎 1 star off could've been 5 ⭐'s
The gentleman who helped us, got us into a 10x20 and we ended up needing a second. He easily got us checked in and lease signed all in under 1 minute. I highly recommend this place. Clean units, easy and fast move in process. Very friendly staff.
Prime Storage is horrible with getting back to you. I have been waiting three weeks for a district manager to get back to me. I paid for tow years up front & was told at the time this would guarantee my rate. Later I am told in the small print this is not guaranteed. Rate increased from $56/month to $149.00/Month!
