I had a rental unit at Prime Storage for over a year almost 2 years, I have use storage units before but I found Prime Storage 1 of the best. They were always willing to work with me whatever the issue was. The staff was pleasant, courteous, and knowledgeable. If I ever had a need for a Storage unit in the future, I would absolutely utilize Prime Storage for my belongings. My experience dealing with Prime Storage has always been positive! L.S.
Prime Storage is horrible with getting back to you. I have been waiting three weeks for a district manager to get back to me. I paid for tow years up front & was told at the time this would guarantee my rate. Later I am told in the small print this is not guaranteed. Rate increased from $56/month to $149.00/Month! I had called a few storage units around the area and the quotes I received fluctuated quite a bit. Prime Storage was the best not only for the price, but the space and great customer service. Prime Storage was quite responsive and easy to work with. I would definitely go back if I ever need to store my valuable possessions again.
