I needed to find some storage at short notice. A coworker recommended Prime Storage so I called. I spoke with Brendan who was so easy to work with. He helped me figure out the size of storage and discussed the insurance options. Brendan made all of this super easy. I appreciate the help.
Gave them a call a few weeks ago and spoke to Brendan. Had a lot of questions for him and he was extremely patient with me. I ended up resolving things internally since then but nonetheless, he was a great resource to have on the other end of my call.
This place is great. Had reserved a unit and got a call the following day to make sure I was still good with it. Was advised I would be shown around taken to unit and everything was taken care of. The site manager was awesome he helped me out a ton and answered any questions I had, He even helped clear up some confusion from the internet special I purchased and made me feel very at home. I highly recommend this place. Top Notch.
Brendan helped us get all set up with our new unit and was extremely kind and professional! Highly recommend these units. Clean and convenient!
