I mean there's been a few hiccups that got worked through but I got notice a week or so ago that my rate was going up almost $50 with no explanation at all. So I'm about to give my 2 weeks & move my things to a different facility. Kinda frustrating that they don't explain why my rent was raised.
This organization is interesting. When I submitted my information initially, I was shown one unit. I go to move in, I’ve been moved to another unit without my knowledge. I resigned paperwork and moved in. I get an email a week later saying I need to resign paper work. And after just two months of renting, they raised the price. I highly doubt once I move out I will use these services again and do not see myself recommending them.
Unfortunately, my experience with their management of this property is overwhelmingly awful. The staff do not put any effort into maintaining cleanliness, there is always garbage laying everywhere, the lights in the hallways and elevator are half burnt out, and the overall upkeep of the interior is shameful. The process was painless and easy. Didn't take long for me to reserve my unit before I was contacted by somebody. Everything was handled online or over the phone.... and voila, I had a unit ready to move into that same day!
I stop using this place late December early January and they’re still charging me for an empty unit. I called and spoke to someone as well as sent an email letting them know I will no longer be using the space way before the allotted time but here we are late January going into February and I’m still being charged. Also, the place wasn’t the cleanest and during the winter someone definitely pissed in that elevator.
