I also found Leslie and her staff to be lovely to work with at the outset and the facility is clean and bright and convenient. I was paying almost double in only 1 year and a couple months. You’re gonna see a great low price to get you excited! Then 3 months later……$20 raise per month. 1 year later….you’ll get another $20 increase. My insurance was fine with them for a year and a month. I have State Farm. All of a sudden….its not good enough for them. They wanted to charge me an additional 25$ a month for there’s. Moved my stuff out that month! Horrible experience.
The staff at the front desk are very cordial and extremely helpful in getting you the best deal or going rate. Postscript: After moving out of my units and into a new home, front office was again very helpful with a piece of furniture I did not want to take with me. They were also very attentive to an issue I had with a leak from the next door unit and reassured me to contact them with any damage. People are very helpful and friendly. So far so good. The storage units are nice and clean and the temperature control is great
