Lori Kohl here.... I can not say enough good things about Prime storage! Very professional staff, very knowledgeable and will do all they can to help you. If you need to store your things they are the best! Clean, safe and a company that cares. I know my families things are safe. Thank you to the Appleton wi facility you guys are amazing!
The units are inside the building. There are 2 floors, but there are elevators and plenty of carts to haul your stuff in on. The first unit I got was a corner and it was shaped very oddly. I asked if they could give me a different one. I got a little bigger of one with no issues as all. They couldn't match the original price, but they gave me a nice rate. Staff is kind and helpful.
The staff are so friendly and welcoming, they really know their stuff! The facility is also very well maintained, I'm impressed.
The staff at the front desk are very cordial and extremely helpful in getting you the best deal or going rate. Postscript: After moving out of my units and into a new home, front office was again very helpful with a piece of furniture I did not want to take with me. They were also very attentive to an issue I had with a leak from the next door unit and reassured me to contact them with any damage. I was paying almost double in only 1 year and a couple months. You’re gonna see a great low price to get you excited! Then 3 months later……$20 raise per month. 1 year later….you’ll get another $20 increase. My insurance was fine with them for a year and a month. I have State Farm. All of a sudden….its not good enough for them. They wanted to charge me an additional 25$ a month for there’s. Moved my stuff out that month! Horrible experience.
