"AL" who works at the Enterprise location on the corner of Bristol and 26 is ah-May-zing!!! Personable, helpful and really knowledgeable! Plus the prices are extremely reasonable! Most places are priced exorbitantly high and couldn't care less about you or your belongings - they just want your money AND to add insult to injury, they keep raising their prices! I highly recommend Prime Storage - Enterprise location!
Rented a storage unit for my son & his friend to store their stuff over the summer break. From the first call requesting a quote, the calls/emails back and forth for questions I had and enrolling in autopay, to the last office visit to turn in the space, every employee along the way was friendly, helpful and efficient. The space was clean, there were no issues cancelling the storage unit and a pleasant experience overall. Definitely recommend Prime Storage. We will use them again.
i would rate 0 star the facility itself is fine. it seems to be climate controlled, there is pest control, the overall environment is fine. but the service is awful. they increase monthly rent frequently by large amount, from around 50 to 100 within 4 months during enroll, they made several mistakes so i signed the agreement 3 times. i came from the advertised 50/month rate, in the final version i signed, it's changed to 144/month!!! i called and negotiated it to 57. then they raise it month by month to 100 until i mov... read more
If I could give zero stars I would! BEWARE! I reserved a unit, which required a credit card to hold. I later cancelled the reservation but they charged my card even though I NEVER moved in. They then Refused to issue a credit. Horrible!
AVOID AVOID AVOID It took them over 3 HOURS to get me into a unit and it was only after I paid the administrative fees (almost $50) TWICE that they got things resolved and I was able to access the unit. I did this after being told I would be refunded one of those fees. Today I received a call saying that is NON-REFUNDABLE and refusing to refund the money.
