There really isn't enough I called to. Rent a small unit near me and told that there were units available in my town Therefore, I paid by phone 1st month was free. But I was charged $18 protection plan and a 29 dollarollar and some change fee.I'm not sure what that was for. altogether total was $49.07. Whenever I went to enterprise drive in my town, I found out there were no storage units there. Checking in and out was very easy. Clean simple. The reason I am giving three stars is without notice once we were two years into our contract. I got an email that the rate was being doubled. We went from $50 a month to close to $100 a month without any explanation. We did fight it and eventually got the right back down to the contracted rate. But it just seemed sneaky and off putting. I’m not very happy with the experience. I was told that I would be purchasing the unit that’s closest to the university, that distance was supposedly 1 mile from Penn State. After pulling up the map, it turns out that it’s 5 miles from Penn State. The original unit was supposedly only 3 miles from Penn State so I’m not sure how I ended up with a unit that’s over twice the distance - huge inconvenience. I called to question this and the young man that answered the phone hung up on me …not good!
Al was great to work with, clean unit. Definitely recommend
