I’ve used this Prime Storage location for two summers now and the staff here is top notch! Located just a few miles from PSU it’s convenient, the small space is perfect for dorm storage and always clean when we move in. The move out has been smooth and easy both years. We will definitely be back here again.
There really isn't enough I called to. Rent a small unit near me and told that there were units available in my town Therefore, I paid by phone 1st month was free. But I was charged $18 protection plan and a 29 dollarollar and some change fee.I'm not sure what that was for. altogether total was $49.07. Whenever I went to enterprise drive in my town, I found out there were no storage units there. Customer service was amazing! Brant was super helpful at the front desk and so kind. Great storage options and great pricing for businesses. Highly recommend for anyone!
DO NOT USE!!! They will promote for as low as $50-$75 to get people in the door Then after signing all the paperwork and insurance it’ll be about $110.00 Then after a few months they will say their units are in high demand and raise it to $140.00 Also they will not prorate any of your rent money So if you need to move out a few days after a new month has begun they will charge you for the whole month and say there is nothing they can do about it
