Great location. The customer service was exceptional. Very accommodating staff. Arlington was always helpful. The property was stayed clear of debris and felt safe. The gate for entry worked well too.
Do not rent from Prime Storage. This is a corporate storage facility owner that price gouges the local area based on how much the market will endure. They do not honor rental agreement contracts and as soon as your initial price period expires you receive rate increases to the point they drive you out of the storage facility. I’ve had 2 units with Prime Storage and both went from $140 per month to over $230 within a year.
