Arlington, Gen. Mgr, was exceptional with helping me properly pick perfect unit for my storage needs and explaining services, if needed. I needed a storage unit quickly and was able to find a good size unit for a great price online for the same day by doing a simple internet search. I called the main number to ask some questions and the phone representative was very helpful. My reservation was fast and simple. They assured me the indoor non-conditioned space was as good as the conditioned space. Three months in and mold was on everything. They make you take out insurance for $14/month, which doesn't pay off for mold or water damage. DO NOT STORE YOUR POSSESSIONS HERE!!
Thr customer service has always been great!! Speaking with Arlington is always a pleasure. He ia very accommodating and patient with all the questions I always have. The facility is always clean and safe. I'm happy I chose Prime Storage!
Amazing location, easy access even with a small trailer to turn and really easy to autopay. One things that could be done is to lubricate the slide rails on the garage doors. Sometimes we go early and the noise certainly could be a nuisance to the adjacent apartment complex. I’ll probably just add some white lithium spray.
