They have a good customer service team if you need to get ahold of them or get something taken care of. However, when i pulled my stuffed out of the units i had rented after only being in there 4 months there was so much mold and mildew on my furniture that i had to throw things out because they was unusable. and read the contract carefully because it has clauses in there where it does not hold the owner liable and the insurance that they make you take out does not cover damage from mold and mildew. the climate controlled un... read more
I give them four stars overall. Employees Arlington and Dwayne deserve 5 stars. I give four overall because there are no lights in my side of the indoor RV storage area. I have to have my son light up my parking spot with a bright flashlight so I can see how to back my travel trail in its spot. Lights in other half of facility are on! Please turn on the lights.
Prime Storage staff were very friendly and helpful in setting up the initial agreement, helping us on the day we moved into the space, and in termination of the agreement on the day we no longer needed the space. I'd use them again if I need storage space, and recommend them.
My father and I had a very pleasant experience to say the least with Duane as he helped make our inquiring process as smooth as butter for a number of units we were separately interested in, both in and out of the state. Highly recommend requesting Duane for any questions or assistance needed! Thank you so much Duane!
They assured me the indoor non-conditioned space was as good as the conditioned space. Three months in and mold was on everything. They make you take out insurance for $14/month, which doesn't pay off for mold or water damage. DO NOT STORE YOUR POSSESSIONS HERE!! Update: We lost a lot of our possessions at this filthy storage unit! Way over $30,000.00 lost because the manager told me the nonconditioned space had fans and our possessions would be completely safe, what a bauld face lie just so they could make a buck.
