Great location. The customer service was exceptional. Very accommodating staff. Arlington was always helpful. The property was stayed clear of debris and felt safe. The gate for entry worked well too.
Do not rent from Prime Storage. This is a corporate storage facility owner that price gouges the local area based on how much the market will endure. They do not honor rental agreement contracts and as soon as your initial price period expires you receive rate increases to the point they drive you out of the storage facility. I’ve had 2 units with Prime Storage and both went from $140 per month to over $230 within a year. Prime Storage has been great to work with. Both gentlemen in the office took the time to explain everything we needed to do to get a replacement key and what documents we would need in order to facilitate our storage needs. Very kind folks work there. Thank you for all your help.

They have a good customer service team if you need to get ahold of them or get something taken care of. However, when i pulled my stuffed out of the units i had rented after only being in there 4 months there was so much mold and mildew on my furniture that i had to throw things out because they was unusable. and read the contract carefully because it has clauses in there where it does not hold the owner liable and the insurance that they make you take out does not cover damage from mold and mildew. the climate controlled un... read more
