I highly recommend Prime Storage for all your storage needs! I was traveling for work and needed to store some items for a short while and Prime Storage was perfect. The staff were absolutely amazing and stayed a few minutes late right before the weekend to get me setup in a storage unit after another storage place didn’t work out. I enjoyed my 5 year stay with the storage company as they switched names 2 times and raised prices.. it was worth the service and cost but it was time to go . need to save some money.. but thank you for keeping my belongings safe and secure.
I had a wonderful experience here miss Heather was my helper and she was wonderful and patient is my friend was very upset and she had all the patience in the world and we just appreciate her and what a wonderful place this is and thank you very much you've got 5 stars for us
Aaron and Candice have been great, especially when i locked myself out of my unit! I'd highly recommend this location for their flexibility and enthusiasm to help when in need!
Charged for a unit I never accessed. Signed up for "free" month for a unit that was $13. Got a call telling me to come in finalize the agreement. Did not go because I was told my card was charged $29.99 for required administration fee and I would have to pay $17 monthly for insurance. Assured them that I would not be paying $47 for a "free" month on a unit that was advertised for $13 (none of those amounts were listed online).
