Be aware‼️‼️‼️‼️ This place has thieves and I will not edit this review until something is done. Yes they have cameras and a key gate but are the cameras put in good areas so they can see who steals your trailer or who is coming and going… My trailer and a lot of my moving items inside was stolen and still no word on when it was taken or no video of who took it. I have had nothing but a good encounter with the staff every time I go in the office. Heather helped me resolve an issue promptly and professionally and was kind enough to explain the details pertaining to my issue. I greatly appreciate the kindness and professionalism Heather displayed today especially now in days. Customer service is very important in retaining business and she achieved just that! I have had three units with this property since 2018. I experienced exceptional customer service from all the team members that I have had to interact with. The prices of all the units were reasonable and if adjustments had to be made on pricing based off of prices increasing you just had to speak with the office staff. Everyone was always professional and very friendly. I recommend Prime Storage for any need you might have especially at the Jefferson Blvd location in Louisville KY.
This storage facility was very convenient, clean and affordable. The employees I came in contact with were friendly and helpful. No matter the time I felt safe coming and going.
