Be aware‼️‼️‼️‼️ This place has thieves and I will not edit this review until something is done. Yes they have cameras and a key gate but are the cameras put in good areas so they can see who steals your trailer or who is coming and going… My trailer and a lot of my moving items inside was stolen and still no word on when it was taken or no video of who took it. I have had three units with this property since 2018. I experienced exceptional customer service from all the team members that I have had to interact with. The prices of all the units were reasonable and if adjustments had to be made on pricing based off of prices increasing you just had to speak with the office staff. Everyone was always professional and very friendly. I recommend Prime Storage for any need you might have especially at the Jefferson Blvd location in Louisville KY.
I was just in there to rent a locker, and she was one of the most helpful people in customer service. She helped with pointing me in the right direction for services, what is and isn't necessary, based on my meds. Definitely 5 star service. Highly recommend!
Had a 5 star rating… but I had to make it a 3 star instead… and now I’m at 1 star. So you all are aware, it was originally a five star rating because I was offered a free lock and key for my unit the day I signed for it and they were very sweet people so I obliged and accepted the free gift.
