I had a really great experience at this Prime Storage facility. I ran into an issue with my unit lock and the staff at the front desk were incredibly helpful, patient, and professional throughout the whole process. They made a stressful situation much easier to deal with and got everything resolved quickly. Be aware‼️‼️‼️‼️ This place has thieves and I will not edit this review until something is done. Yes they have cameras and a key gate but are the cameras put in good areas so they can see who steals your trailer or who is coming and going… My trailer and a lot of my moving items inside was stolen and still no word on when it was taken or no video of who took it. I really can’t say enough about the positive changes I’ve seen at this facility lately, and it is 100% due to Heather’s leadership. She has completely turned this place around over the last few months. The facility is now impressively clean, but the biggest difference is the environment. In the past, there were constant issues with unauthorized individuals in the building, but since Heather took over, those issues have been addressed head-on. Heather was there the evening I Igor my unit. in. She went above and beyond and her simple acts of kindness was something I’ve needed desperately lately. She will never understand how much it meant in that moment. Oh! It’s also great storage facility, clean, easily accessible, well lit! And I have no concerns with my stuff being there!
This storage facility was very convenient, clean and affordable. The employees I came in contact with were friendly and helpful. No matter the time I felt safe coming and going.
