Constant rent hikes and poor maintenance with Prime Storage. I was at this location for over 10 years. National Storage was great. The facility started to degrade once Prime Storage took over. A mouse infestation is what made me cancel my contract.
All arnd one of the best storages in the bay area...there is a worker there I believe her name is amber... U must meet her she is extremely nice courteous polite and super understanding ...amber needs a raise in pay cause without her that company would b in shambles n she takes that extra step to go above n beyond
By far the best storage experience I have ever had . Sean is absolutely amazing, he is the best. He’s gone above and beyond for me and continues too. Five stars all day long, if you need a storage unit prime is by far the best. Amber is so helpful and considerate. The 10 pm closing time is one of the latest in Sonoma county I work long shifts and store my tools there, it’s the most convenient storage I’ve ever had. They treat you like family there, highly recommend prime storage!!
