Since I travel a lot, I have had many storage units. Some of the units I have had were nothing but chaos leading to many headaches. This place is horrible. Going on over a month trying to get refunded from a supposed discount on a multiple month rental deal. Been lied to multiple times saying payment ls on the way. Don’t believe any deals they have, they’ll take your money and not give it back Update: it’s over 2 months now and I’ve been lied to multiple times about my refund from its processing to our district manager just quit and there’s no one to process it. I’ve escalated 2 complaints and no one has still called me. Insane!
Don't believe the prices listed on their web page. The price with the red line through it is what you'll actually be paying each month, plus taxes, required insurance, and a "facility fee". Also, they increase their prices at least twice a year, so don't plan on staying too long. My unit cost increased 50% in 8 months. I hope they purchase new hand trucks. They currently have only ONE for the entire place, and that has a broken wheel. You think they'd at least have the money to shell out for new hand trucks, given their ren... read more
The best part of pre-moving in was the young man I was greeted by. He answered all my questions and helped me to decide the perfect unit. I actually forgot his name but his schedule was the day and time contract was initiated. Thank you
