The best part of pre-moving in was the young man I was greeted by. He answered all my questions and helped me to decide the perfect unit. I actually forgot his name but his schedule was the day and time contract was initiated. Thank you
Love this storage facility. We had a unit for a little over a year and a half, found it always clean and calm. Staff is also very lovely to work with. I would recommend this place to anyone I know. You also can’t beat the location right next to Russian river brewery. Made it very nice to get lunch and easy to park when we were moving in and out.
I was told the unit I rented had drive up access, it did not. The rent was raised 3 times in 14 months. My unit was broken into and everything of value was stolen. There are very few cameras, and I doubt that they even function. I’ve been told by law enforcement that units are often broken into at this location. It was a huge mistake storing anything with Prime storage. I would not give them any stars, but apparently that’s not an option.
I have only had my storage unit for 6 months and they have raised my rent extraordinarily twice. The first time they raised it from $100/ month to almost $200/ month. I called and complained and they reduced it to $140/month. (a 40% increase instead of 100%). 3 months later it jumped to $180/ month and I called again to complain and they reduced it to $170/ month. So after 6 months I am paying at a 70% increase from the original contract. I can't even check to see if my stuff is safe as I am very far away. My advise: don't u... read more
