Love this storage facility. We had a unit for a little over a year and a half, found it always clean and calm. Staff is also very lovely to work with. I would recommend this place to anyone I know. You also can’t beat the location right next to Russian river brewery. Made it very nice to get lunch and easy to park when we were moving in and out.

Prime Storage in Windsor is one of the best storage facilities I’ve used. The place is spotless, well-organized, and easy to access with wide driveways and flexible hours. The staff, especially Amber and Sean, are friendly and helpful. I also appreciate the climate-controlled units and the free carts and supplies onsite, and the cleanliness, security, and service make it worth it. Highly recommended.
I have had 1-2 units at Prime Storage for 2 plus years. For the last 5 months I have documented and questioned the significant rodent problem. The staff is very nice, and trying to resolve the issue. They offered me a free cover for a mattress at the first complaint. They disposed of a large/ bulky mattress topper that I had stored that was ruined by rats for free, they filed an insurance claim through the insurance they provide. They waived a rent increase. I’ve rented storage units at many different facilities over the years, and I can honestly say that Prime Storage Windsor is by far the best experience I’ve ever had. The facility itself is clean, secure, and well-run — but what really makes the difference here is the manager, Amber. She has gone above and beyond for me on multiple occasions, including showing up after hours to make sure I could get into my unit when I needed it most.
