I have had 1-2 units at Prime Storage for 2 plus years. For the last 5 months I have documented and questioned the significant rodent problem. The staff is very nice, and trying to resolve the issue. They offered me a free cover for a mattress at the first complaint. They disposed of a large/ bulky mattress topper that I had stored that was ruined by rats for free, they filed an insurance claim through the insurance they provide. They waived a rent increase. Prime Storage in Windsor is one of the best storage facilities I’ve used. The place is spotless, well-organized, and easy to access with wide driveways and flexible hours. The staff, especially Amber and Sean, are friendly and helpful. I also appreciate the climate-controlled units and the free carts and supplies onsite, and the cleanliness, security, and service make it worth it. Highly recommended.

Amber was warm and welcoming. I need to rent a storage unit for a short period of time She was very helpful showing me the different sizes. It was quick and easy. Clean units, friendly and helpful. I will be sure to recommend prime storage in Windsor to anyone who is looking for storage.
