My sister just rented a unit here and I have to say I'm impressed by the general manager Amber. You can tell how much she loves her job and how much this company means to her. She made everything so simple and got my sister into a very reasonably priced unit. I will definitely be sending anyone I know to Prime Storage in Windsor.
Amber was amazing to work with! She was very helpful, informative and accommodating. I left feeling well taken care of and confident that we made the right choice with our decision to go with prime storage!
Since I travel a lot, I have had many storage units. Some of the units I have had were nothing but chaos leading to many headaches. Don't believe the prices listed on their web page. The price with the red line through it is what you'll actually be paying each month, plus taxes, required insurance, and a "facility fee". Also, they increase their prices at least twice a year, so don't plan on staying too long. My unit cost increased 50% in 8 months. I hope they purchase new hand trucks. They currently have only ONE for the entire place, and that has a broken wheel. You think they'd at least have the money to shell out for new hand trucks, given their ren... read more
