I went to their office to get a unit. I feel much safer here because there are a lot of cameras inside the facility. The staff member Tammy is super friendly and very helpful. I hope they maintain this kind of service, especially when they have more locations. Thank you, Tammy, you are heaven-sent.

I don’t usually do reviews however, I felt like it was well deserved. Tammy’s the best! She’s always so helpful and can always answer and or find an answer when it comes to prime storage. If you’re ever in need for a storage unit I would definitely recommend seeing her!

I signed up for two units 5 months ago. I explained that I will do whatever to lock in the rate for one year. The man there said yes he can do that. I signed up but didn’t see it written in the contract. I asked him about it and he said I assure you it is locked for one year. I got a renewal for 2.5 times the rent 5 months in. I went there and he said I had to prepay the year to have it locked. He never said that! I called the 800 number and asked about prepay a year to lock in the price. Before when it was You store it. The storage facility was great. I sent prime storage for out. The experience has been terrible. Document communication was unprofessional. The time I had a unit there they raise the price three times. As long as its prime storage, I would never rent a unit from there again, It would have been nice if the old storage unit wouldn’t have sold out. But ever since it became prime storage, it’s been ridiculous.
