The rental experience was quick and easy. Leonce helped me when I stopped by to check in to my unit. This was my first time ever renting a storage unit so I had a lot of novice questions and he answered them all with a smile. His tour and presentation was top notch. So far so good at Prime Storage
Tammy is amazing! She was so polite and friendly. She made the entire process very easy to sign up. I will definitely be referring more people to this storage unit because of the professionalism and clean environment. Tammy needs a raise!!! ☺️

The managers at this location are very professional, knowledgeable and efficient at finding the right sized storage unit that will fit your needs! Ms. Tammy also helped me pick out the correct box sizes and packing wraps for my important goods that I needed to store safely! Great facility and very clean throughout the property!
One of the best customer service, tammy was really help full, I had and issue with my previous unit but change my unit immediately and making sure that everything is done correctly, Thank you tammy
