Upon arrival to Prime Storage for the first time. We were greeted with very polite representatives. We didn’t know how the business was run but found out that they were very professional. They showed us around and explained how they operated and what they expected of us. The facility was very clean, well lighted and warm and comfortable. The storage lockers were exactly what we needed and the rates were acceptable.
Before prime took over everything was fine. Once prime took over, however, price was raised a few times, they kept screwing up my auto pay and trying to charge me extra, and apparently tenants no longer have access to the dumpsters unless you want to be fined $75 PER ITEM!! This was never conveyed once the take over happened. (The takeover was even a surprise) since the takeover the employees I've dealt with have been extremely rude and I will be moving my stuff out as soon as I can! I do not have anything bad to say, Tammy went above and beyond to help my family during a desperate time and I could never thank her enough for her kindness. We will always come back, for Tammy and for Leonce. They are absolutely amazing
Was with this storage place before it became prime. Before prime you could use the storage dumpster for items and was specifically told was able to. Went to throw out an old mattress and the dumpster said prime personnel use and I thought was for the people using the storage place and the employees. Man was I wrong it’s a 75 fee to use it per item. They have already raised prices to be there a few times now. Once I am able to get my stuff out I will never use a prime storage again.
