Great Near Airport Location (Bedford NH) and Professional Staff We have been renting for 3 months now, find the staff excellent and very helpful. Use a unit for sheltered vehicle storage, very good decision. Facility is open when we need it, and the units are well maintained.

accommodating Very nice people helped us change move in dates several times.
National phone line SUCKS - just go in to your local store. Fast efficient customer service and exact space I needed. However, the nationwide service center SUCKS. Phone reps with very thick accents that have a hard time understanding RV parking spot requirements. The national service line reserved me a parallel parking spot. The service rep at the location straightened it out and got me an appropriate back in spot.
