I've been a customer at Prime Storage, formally known as Bedford Self Storage for nearly 8 years and have been treated with the utmost respect and professional since day one. Initially I rented two units, and certainly would have and could have easily relocated to one of the other numerous facilities in the area if I felt unappreciated. The staff, Donna in particular, has always been nothing short of sterling in all of our interactions, and frankly at times I can be a bit of a...let's say... challenge.
