I’ve used this storage facility twice during my years in Palm Springs. The entire place is extremely clean, you can tell by how nice the bathroom is! My first unit was not climate controlled, but my second unit was. Trust me when I say, there is an immense difference between the two. My first unit was used for just a couple months, but during that time there was some fire beetle invasion in PS, and there were dead beetles everywhere inside my unit. Chris at Prime Storage was the most personable and helpful person I have ever come across for storage needs in Palm Springs. Our move was stressful, and we had some concerns about changing storage sizes and extending our rental at one point. Chris made our concerns seem like non-issues, and really helped us out. I highly recommend this business!
Chris at Prime Storage Palm Springs is the best! He was very helpful setting up my new storage space for me; highly recommend him! The corporate management team rating is less than one star, however! I never received the advertised free month rent; instead, after being in my new storage unit for two months they raised the monthly rental fee an additional $100.00! I left public storage after ten years due to their rate increases that became unaffordable; and now prime storage is doing the same? Corporate greed!
Christopher is the best. Always takes care of Bash Bros Services everytime. He’s always making sure we got what we need, his communication skills is top notch, and our units are always clean. Thank you Prime and thank you Christopher for wonderful service.
