The front desk guy was on his phone the whole time I was trying to check in and it felt super rude, like I was interupting his personal life. He wasnt exactly helpful either, just kind of grunted at the forms I had to sign. Otherwise the unit itself was clean, dry, and the price was fair compared to some other places I looked at around here. We have been a customer of Prime Storage for approximately 4 years and have NEVER had any issues and all thanks to Chris Zbranek. He has always been so professional, available and very knowledgeable on questions we have had. Chris always makes us feel like we are an important customer of Prime Storage and not just an account number attached to a unit number. I popped in to get pricing on the larger AC units and spoke with the nicest team member. Unfortunately, the larger units are taken but Chris was kind enough to find other solutions for me and my husband. I am very impressed!
The facility is clean and well-run. Whenever there is a question the manager Chris is super attentive and responsive. I feel like a valued customer there because of how he treats me. A much better experience than I had at the big corporate place I rented from in Los Angeles! Thanks Chris!
