The front desk guy was on his phone the whole time I was trying to check in and it felt super rude, like I was interupting his personal life. He wasnt exactly helpful either, just kind of grunted at the forms I had to sign. Otherwise the unit itself was clean, dry, and the price was fair compared to some other places I looked at around here. I had a fantastic experience with Prime Storage and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. From the very beginning, Chris was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. He took the time to show me different unit options and answered all my questions without any pressure. The facility is spotless, well-lit, and very secure. We have been a customer of Prime Storage for approximately 4 years and have NEVER had any issues and all thanks to Chris Zbranek. He has always been so professional, available and very knowledgeable on questions we have had. Chris always makes us feel like we are an important customer of Prime Storage and not just an account number attached to a unit number. Hope Prime Storage knows what an asset Chris is to their company. If you are looking for storage space, look no further and ask for Chris Zbranek as he’s your guy!
Terrible experience. Constant increases in rent, no communication from on site staff (requires multiple attempts to receive any replies, particularly with billing questions), and the location results in a very dust/sand filled unit. There are newer less expensive options now, I suggest staying clear of Prime Storage.
I popped in to get pricing on the larger AC units and spoke with the nicest team member. Unfortunately, the larger units are taken but Chris was kind enough to find other solutions for me and my husband. I am very impressed!
