I’ve used this storage facility twice during my years in Palm Springs. The entire place is extremely clean, you can tell by how nice the bathroom is! My first unit was not climate controlled, but my second unit was. Trust me when I say, there is an immense difference between the two. My first unit was used for just a couple months, but during that time there was some fire beetle invasion in PS, and there were dead beetles everywhere inside my unit. Had a fast and easy time getting my storage unit! I had just finished a call with the call center, when I got a call from Chris, the manager here in Palm Springs to finish up my account. Chris was super friendly and made it a breeze to get into my unit the same day I signed up! Would absolutely recommend Prime Storage in Palm Springs to a friend!
Christopher is the best. Always takes care of Bash Bros Services everytime. He’s always making sure we got what we need, his communication skills is top notch, and our units are always clean. Thank you Prime and thank you Christopher for wonderful service.
Chris was amazingly helpful and kind. He explained everything in detail and we set up an in-person appointment to happen in the near future. He also stayed a little later than normal to make sure the movers put all my stuff in storage and sent pics. Highly recommend you contact him if needed. Great company!
This place is clean and well organized. The customer service is great. We had some gate issues after hours and the customer service helped us in no time. Chris was also very friendly and efficient every step of the way. We were grateful for him during a stressful move. We will definitely be back.
