Chris at Palm Springs location is fantastic! He is extremely professional and helpful and he takes wonderful care of the property which is always clean and units are spotless! Great management skills and he cares about his clients!
The property is very clean and properly managed. Chris, who lives on site and manages the facility, is perfect in the job. Helpful, friendly, and makes you feel cared for. The company itself keeps raising rent several times a year, and large increases at that. I had 3 units at one time after a move and the company made no consideration of keeping rents manageable.
Loved my experience here! Staff was super helpful and friendly from beginning to end. It was really sweet when I had to take a lot of stuff from a unit with a moving truck and I received an email double checking that it was actually me emptying my unit. The app makes managing your units super easy. Highly recommended
I have been renting storage my whole adult life in many many states. This is by far the best managed location I have ever seen! Chris at the Palm Springs location is top notch!
