This was our first experience storing our motorcycles for a short period while flying home for Christmas. It went smoothly and Chris was very friendly and helpful. It was just a 10 minute walk to the airport so it worked out perfectly. The storage units are exceptionally clean and very secure.
I’ve used Prime Storage in Palm Springs a couple of times. The facility is very clean, decently priced and the staff are personable and friendly. I tried a different facility in the area before finding Prime and it was infested with rats, the gate was frequently broken and the staff were hardly ever there (Devon). So moving to Prime was a huge upgrade even though they were cheaper in price! It’s a no-brainer! And their central location is convenient for anyone in Palm Springs or Cathedral City.

Prime Storage in Palm Springs is 100% the best storage in town. It’s very clean, quiet (besides the airplanes), and safe. The best part of this storage facility is the manager Chris, who has been extremely helpful in a couple of different situations that arose.
