I had a great experience this morning. I got a call from them yesterday afternoon to schedule a new rental. I said in passing that I’ll have to come right at 10am (when they open) the next morning because I work at 10:30am. The next morning Janet said I know you have to work soon so I’ll make it quick and walked me through everything quickly and thoroughly. Chris was amazingly helpful and kind. He explained everything in detail and we set up an in-person appointment to happen in the near future. He also stayed a little later than normal to make sure the movers put all my stuff in storage and sent pics. Highly recommend you contact him if needed.
This is our first month using Prime Storage in Palm Springs. The facility is great! The property and units are everything we were looking for - secure, clean, cool (a/c), great hours and easy to access. The rental process was a breeze (maybe 10 minutes?!) Lastly, Chris (the manager) did a great job helping me pick the unit, upgrade the lock and secure fair pricing.
Pre-reserved our space online, and within minutes, received a phone call from Manager (Chris Z.) to set up payments, gate code, verify insurance, etc. Upon initial entry a few days later, Chris was super-helpful, grabbing a cart and even helping me load and move a few of the larger items. Five-Star service for sure. The facility itself is spotlessly clean, by the way. My spouse was equally impressed and has also commented on Chris' helpfulness. Much appreciated.
Alfredo and I have had a unit at Prime Storage for over 5 years: they are the BEST. Friendly, professional and flexible. Plus, the facility is impeccable: clean, safe and COOL inside. The climate controlled units are a MUST as what we are storing is artwork. Today, with little notice, we had to change units, as we suddenly needed less space as we were moving things out. No problem! Janet and Chris took it all in stride. Highly recommended.
