Great experience with Chris. I think he’s the store manager. Had a great promotion that kept the cost down very low. He may very easy to get set up and very easy to contact. A great experience due to Chris. Thank you.
Chris was amazingly helpful and kind. He explained everything in detail and we set up an in-person appointment to happen in the near future. He also stayed a little later than normal to make sure the movers put all my stuff in storage and sent pics. Highly recommend you contact him if needed. Great company!
I had a great experience this morning. I got a call from them yesterday afternoon to schedule a new rental. I said in passing that I’ll have to come right at 10am (when they open) the next morning because I work at 10:30am. The next morning Janet said I know you have to work soon so I’ll make it quick and walked me through everything quickly and thoroughly. We needed a secure place to store our son's personal items after he moved to WA over a year ago. We were able to vacate over the weekend and get his items either back to him or a charity. Prime Storage has great staffing and were always treated respectfully. If we ever need storage needs again, will definitely go back to Prime Storage.
This is our first month using Prime Storage in Palm Springs. The facility is great! The property and units are everything we were looking for - secure, clean, cool (a/c), great hours and easy to access. The rental process was a breeze (maybe 10 minutes?!) Lastly, Chris (the manager) did a great job helping me pick the unit, upgrade the lock and secure fair pricing.
