This place is clean and well organized. The customer service is great. We had some gate issues after hours and the customer service helped us in no time. Chris was also very friendly and efficient every step of the way. We were grateful for him during a stressful move. We will definitely be back.
Chris at Prime Storage was the most personable and helpful person I have ever come across for storage needs in Palm Springs. Our move was stressful, and we had some concerns about changing storage sizes and extending our rental at one point. Chris made our concerns seem like non-issues, and really helped us out. I highly recommend this business!
Chris at Prime Storage Palm Springs is the best! He was very helpful setting up my new storage space for me; highly recommend him! The corporate management team rating is less than one star, however! I never received the advertised free month rent; instead, after being in my new storage unit for two months they raised the monthly rental fee an additional $100.00! I left public storage after ten years due to their rate increases that became unaffordable; and now prime storage is doing the same? Corporate greed!
This is our first month using Prime Storage in Palm Springs. The facility is great! The property and units are everything we were looking for - secure, clean, cool (a/c), great hours and easy to access. The rental process was a breeze (maybe 10 minutes?!) Lastly, Chris (the manager) did a great job helping me pick the unit, upgrade the lock and secure fair pricing.
Alfredo and I have had a unit at Prime Storage for over 5 years: they are the BEST. Friendly, professional and flexible. Plus, the facility is impeccable: clean, safe and COOL inside. The climate controlled units are a MUST as what we are storing is artwork. Today, with little notice, we had to change units, as we suddenly needed less space as we were moving things out. No problem! Janet and Chris took it all in stride. Highly recommended.
