Awesome place! Extremely affordable compared to other similar companies. She was very helpful and friendly. I already had a Prime storage unit in NH and needed one on cape. They have an app that makes it SUPER easy for me to make payments on both units and keep track of everything. In NH and Mashpee, both locations had extremely helpful and friendly staff. Prime Storage is by far the best way to go for your storage solutions, they offer excellent rates and have a clean facility! Sue was amazing to call and check in before we had even arrived, gave us a tour of the grounds and was super helpful with any questions we had! Prime also makes it super easy to do everything online before even going to the facility!
I had a storage unit here for many years. What made my experience so pleasant was the professional and down to earth, "days gone by" style customer service I received from Sue. Every question was answered promptly and with a smile. I would return for storage if needed just because of her! Great job Sue (not Anne)!
Stayed with this place after it transitioned from Anchor Storage because Sue is amazing and cares for her clients. Recently, my living situation changed, and I have moved on, but I will keep this particular location in mind for future needs based on its excellent customer service!
Prime storage in Mashpee, MA was a pleasure to deal with because of the manager, Sue Sciarrillo. She has always been professional, but beyond that, she was kind and helpful always! It is normally a challenging time when using a storage facility is necessary. Sue made it easier. Thank you! I would highly recommend.
