We set up a time for me to come in, and she was exceptionally welcoming from the moment I arrived. Prime has great pricing and Sue in the office is the best! She has been around the company for a long time and knows the products and systems well. Highly recommended for clean storage with good pricing and top of the line customer service.
Sue is a pleasure to work with. Always willing to ensure customers are happy. Communicative of deals! Much appreciated her support as we downsized and were in the middle of a renovation. First time ever using a storage center and highly recommend prime in mashpee!

I inquired about a storage unit online and figured a day or two later when I was able I’d go by and pay for Unit and get moved into. Not even a day later my phone was flooded with calls and numerous 3 minute voicemails. Finally, I spoke with a Representative at Prime Storage. She stated there was only one unit of the size I wanted left and she was trying to help me purchase and lock in that specific unit.
