A friend had recommended Prime Storage in Mashpee and I am glad they did! Sue and her associate were wonderful to work with. They showed me a couple of units and made a recommendation based on my needs.They both were friendly, helpful and professional. The whole experience was easy and painless.
I recently had to move a lot of my belongings into storage. Customer service was very helpful setting up an account over the phone. I had to move on the two hottest days of course. the office staff provided my help me waters to stay cool they were super accommodating to my needs and had a cart to make the move easier. Moving is stressful but this storage facility takes the stress part out of moving!
Excellent experience! The facility is spotless, secure, and easy to access. Sue & her team are incredibly helpful. Highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable, worry-free storage!
Susan was very helpful in assigning us two storage units. The units are advertised as climate control, but ac is down. She has promised to fix and contact us. Units are very clean. The ac is now up and running and we are pleased with the cleanliness of the facility
