Great storage facility, quick, easy, and completely hassle-free. Sue in the office was incredible and went above and beyond to make the whole process smooth. Definitely recommend!

Our experience with Prime Storage in Mashpee has been excellent. Sue, and her sidekick Stella, made the process of selecting and leasing a space easy. Sue is always so pleasant and available to answer any questions or help in any way. She keeps the whole facility spotless. We are confident that our belongings are safe and secure at Prime in Mashpee.

Great storage experience with Sue at this Prime Storage location. She was very helpful and communicative at both initiation and move out. The units themselves are extremely clean, and never had any issue with access to the building even at off-hours!

A friend had recommended Prime Storage in Mashpee and I am glad they did! Sue and her associate were wonderful to work with. They showed me a couple of units and made a recommendation based on my needs.They both were friendly, helpful and professional. The whole experience was easy and painless.

I recently had to move a lot of my belongings into storage. Customer service was very helpful setting up an account over the phone. I had to move on the two hottest days of course. the office staff provided my help me waters to stay cool they were super accommodating to my needs and had a cart to make the move easier. Moving is stressful but this storage facility takes the stress part out of moving!
