Great storage facility, quick, easy, and completely hassle-free. Sue in the office was incredible and went above and beyond to make the whole process smooth. Definitely recommend!

On 2 separate occasions had exceptional customer service experiences with Susan at Prime Storage in Mashpee. Susan was thoughtful and empathetic, amazingly thorough with great communication. She even remembered my name 3 months after my first visit. The facility itself is safe, secure and clean. Couldn’t recommend a better storage facility than Prime Storage in Mashpee.
The team here provides great service and are resources when your needs change. Property is well maintained. I have been renting here for over 3 years. Highly recommend.
