I’ve rented from several storage facilities over the years, and this one has honestly been the best experience by far. The property is always clean, secure, and well-maintained, but what really sets this place apart is the manager. Cody at Prime Storage in Valdosta is outstanding. He's so patient, never get flustered, and is always polite. If he says he'll take care of something for you, he actually follows through. You don't find customer service like that anymore. He's a great asset to his employer and makes the entire experience easy. Prime Storage is lucky to have him- he's a great example of what a great employee look like. Highly recommend! Kudos! Do not RENT here!! I rented climate controlled units with lights. They were working until I moved in, then 8 days later, I did NOT have lights nor climate controlled. I pay for service, if you can’t keep the amenities all 30 days, please don’t expect for me to pay for 30 days. The repairs are not being done, it’s like pulling teeth. High turn over, people are NOT trained and Don’t know what they’re doing.
Cody, the GM and Jill, remote Agent, were extremely helpful. The unit size I needed wasn't ready, but they went above and beyond to accommodate me and to ensure I was provided with a different unit that was within my budget
