Do not RENT here!! I rented climate controlled units with lights. They were working until I moved in, then 8 days later, I did NOT have lights nor climate controlled. I pay for service, if you can’t keep the amenities all 30 days, please don’t expect for me to pay for 30 days. The repairs are not being done, it’s like pulling teeth. High turn over, people are NOT trained and Don’t know what they’re doing.
Cody and the team here has been amazing! We decided to upgrade to a larger unit to make sure we had enough space, and they made the process so easy and quick. They even helped roll a cart of bins over to the new unit. Huge thanks to Cody—he’s the best! Super accommodating and friendly from start to finish.
Cody did an excellent job of working with us in getting a larger unit. He was very professional, knowledgeable and kind. We believe he is an asset to Prime Storage and would recommend other potential clients to consider Prime Storage due to his professionalism.

BEWARE‼️- BEWARE‼️ - BEWARE‼️ IF I COULD RATE ZERO STARS, I WOULD! Do you see all of the mold on my $375 office chair? It had to be thrown away before I even left the storage place!!! Mold on my livingroom furniture. Mold on my black office chair. Water stains on my printer box!
