Excellence customer service. I received all of my items so far that I looked through except one thing! I haven't found is an oil painting that was an original it was a gift for my grandmother. But the customer service was phenomenal. So I want this review to be understood that it is due to the two women that work the front desk. Thank you!!
Tammie and Sharon were great. They helped me pick the units I needed for what I was storing and provided the best deal possible as well as helped me setup the app on my phone. The facility is extremely clean, well organized and provides secure but easy access to my belongings.
The facility was clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. Would recommend to others who are looking for a storage unit in the future.
I have been with this unit almost a year now and have never had any problems. The company is always there to help you in all ways. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
