This place is a huge money grab. I moved into a 10x10 July 17 of 2025. It cost me 156 a month after insurance that is required and taxes. My bill went up to 176 a couple months later. Then I receive another email that my rent is going to 190 a couple months later. Fast forward to April of 2026, I get an email that my new rent will be $203. Less than a year and my rent went up by 50 dollars. It’s pathetic. They force you to purchase their lock but you can add a second lock of your choosing. The facility is clean, accommodating, and convenient for hauling items. There are plenty of rolling carts and packing supplies for sale. My only issue is that I was promised 20% off my unit as a new-lease incentive, but that was not fulfilled. I have been contacting them and complaining about this since the lease was sent, to no avail. Update 4/8- Brian reviewed my original call and honored the promised discount. There was a little oversight between the local office and call center, and he quickly resolved my concern.

Could have been a lot better. Had an oil spill from another unit beside ours, run into ours, ruining two pieces of our furniture. The only communication was when I would reach out otherwise they could care less about it happening. Lastly, the place always had at least one garage door out of order, if not both, making it a hassle to get in and out, especially when busy with big vehicles. I started renting this unit back when it was Extra Space, and I was honestly very happy with the service — fair pricing, clean building, and no issues. Ever since Prime Storage took over, things have gone downhill fast. They began raising the rent little by little, and last month I even got a letter announcing another price hike. When I gave notice to move out, suddenly they offered to keep me at my current rate — why only then? On top of that, they push their insurance for $17, which is way overpriced. I wish I could give 5 stars for this storage facility. The facility itself is amazing, having an area to pull into and closed off from the weather outside is amazing. The whole facility is cleaner than I could ever have imagined a storage building to be. The only exception to this was the extremely potent smell of urine in one of the elevators. My biggest complaint was the pricing. Every month's they would raise the price until it was double the amount that we had signed up for. I understand charging a higher premium th... read more
