We’re renting three units at Prime Storage and couldn’t be happier. The facility is clean, secure, and very accessible. But I have to say the main reason for our delight is Zack. He has helped us numerous times since we arrived last month, and is a delight to work with.
Clean Facilities! Excellent rates ! Climate controlled and 24 hour access makes choosing this facility EASY!! Zack was knowledgeable, professional he made the interaction stress free!! Highly recommend checking out there referral program!!
Renting the unit and accessing it for the first time was relatively easy. I rented a 10' x 20' but when I arrived and went to my unit, it was a 10 ft by 10 ft unit. Made a phone call, got a new unit and new access code and we're back in business in a matter of minutes. They were very friendly. Apparently, the 10 ft by 10 ft unit was not a mistake, what they failed to add was that I also got the adjacent unit, making the combined size a 10-ft x 20 ft. Zack did a phenomenal job in making sure my Units were coordinated, my account handled correctly, and all my other storage needs were met. Zack is a wonderful resource and asset to Prime Storage and should be commended for a job well done! Prime storage can meet all your storage needs.
Went into Prime Storage today to find my unit that I had gotten online earlier in the moth for a move. Zack was wonderful showing me were the unit was and how to get the movers to it. He was very patient and understanding. Making a move across country less stressful. Thank you everyone at Prime Storage.
