DO NOT RENT HERE! THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY! We have had a storage unit for a year now. When we got it they did not explain that the price could go up. When we rented it there were pages and pages on a small tablet in small writing they insist on you scrolling to the bottom to sign. They double the price. I told them I wasn’t paying it. This facility is well designed and convenient. The design of the building makes having items in storage convenient and easy...it has been very well thought out. Secure, climate controlled and well managed. Brian was very helpful as we sought out information about renting there.
The gentleman who answered the phone was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. We spoke for nearly 40 minutes, and not once did he seem rushed or dismissive. I asked a lot of questions—probably more than most and he handled every one with confidence and clarity. He even provided helpful information I hadn’t thought to ask about.
