The remote program for beginning a contract was excellent. Jill and Maddy were great in assisting with the completion of the transaction. Brian the manager at the facility was very helpful and professional with orientation and instructions.

Rodger was very helpful & insightful. The whole process took maybe 10 minutes at the most. He walked me through every step & ensured to show me the unit before I signed anything. The area was clean & the units looked properly taken care of.
The storage unit staff were great but after a year and a half, I had to move my property to another facility. There was a sewage stench that permeated my fabric on the mattresses, couch, wing chairs,etc. I wasn’t contacted by the facility but I happened to stop by one evening to pull a love seat out that I was gifting someone. The smell was so strong I was gagging. When I called the property the following day they said they didn’t know what was wrong with the drains.
