Rodger was very helpful & insightful. The whole process took maybe 10 minutes at the most. He walked me through every step & ensured to show me the unit before I signed anything. The area was clean & the units looked properly taken care of.
Stopped by Prime Storage to update my payment info and discuss my rates. Brian has helped me before in the past and again today and has been amazing answering my questions both times! Great place!
The employees at the storage unit were always pleasant and attempted to be helpful and that is appreciated. I was often billed the wrong amount and my payment amount would change without my knowledge. Staff always tried to correct this, but it was a perpetual problem. The exit door at the building I use has been broken for months. This created stressful and dangerous situations with so many people using this building and having uhauls etc. in this space and not being able to safely maneuver to get out. Great place for storage. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I always feel safe no matter the time of day. Brian has always been helpful in answering any concerns I may have.
