These people are never at the property. They don't answer their phones, they make false promises, and then they raise the rent 75%. Sure it's a nice facility, but you better not need help, because there is NONE. ONE person in a kiosk was trying to help, but since the "manager" doesn't know how to use a phone, it was useless. Don't use them! You'll never get any customer support.

The facilities are clean and well lit but the prices just kept increasing and increasing for the smallest of storage spaces that it just didn’t make sense to continue storing anything there… especially when I learned that getting a garage space at my apartment complex was over $50 cheaper… AND it would be more space to store stuff?? Yeah I had to go ahead and release them.

I was THRILLED to see a human here and didn’t want to deal with the Kiosk. Zach was AMAZING!! Very helpful & informative. The storage itself is great, too. Thank you, Zach for taking care of EVERYTHING!

The facility is great. The people who work there are even better (if possible). Price is reasonable. Only downside is that the website could really use some work. I'm assuming I won't need it much being set up for autopay, but still...

I am Active Duty.. I moved from across the country and they fielded all my questions. This place is different. They actually work with you aaaand applied the Active Duty discount to my account. Very well kept, Brian (GM) is fantastic..If you are DoD and. Need safe, reliable storage...this is, THAT PLACE!!
