Nice that is is temp controlled. However they jack up the rates frequently. Too bad they don’t realize the value of keeping their customers instead of always finding new ones. Customer service is wretched. There is no person in the office and you have to deal with a kiosk that didn’t work while I was there, and couldn’t get a phone line clear enough to hear the person. Not a very secure place. Big door broke and for days anyone could get into the units. After calling and talking with the agents. They tried to assure me by saying I had insurance and they cover up to $3,000. I asked if cameras were monitored, and they said no they just recorded. 🤦🏼♂️
Jorge was knowledgeable and answered all my questions with ease. He virtually walked me to potential rental units and made this an easy choice. Highly recommended!
Nice that it is climate controlled. However, they jack up the rates constantly. They no longer have a person in the office so you have to work from a kiosk that stalls constantly. You can scan a QR code to call but the line was so bad, you couldn't hear anything. No one is available to check you out of a unit but they charge your credit card a fee for not giving them 3 days notice to check you out of the unit. Great locations. Staff, particularly the manager, Brian, was always kind and attentive. The unit and building was always clean and temperature controlled. I knew my items were safe and Brian was kind when it was time to move out. Would definitely recommend and would bring my items for storage here again.
