I enjoyed the experience. Was a great place. However, they raised my fee to be too high. Started at $50, then $80, then $150. As a nursing student I couldn't afford the fees anymore, even though I could go online and still get a unit for $50. Guess they were telling me it was time for me to go. Still a great place with great people.
Dropped by for information and had a great experience. Went on a tour looking at different sized units. Staff was very helpful. Facility is clean, carts available for moving in and out, several elevators located centrally. Would definitely recommend!
Office staff was helpful, explained how this facility was different from others. I love the drive in bay so you don't load/unload in the rain. Easy access and clean units.
Unfortunately I cannot recommend this facility. After reserving a unit online, I received a call saying that unit is not available and was sold a more expensive unit in a more convenient location. No confirmation email of my payment, had to call and request. The large garage door to drive into the facility was broken the day I had rented a Uhaul to move out so we had to carry everything outside, so much for convenient unit location. Great facility. Always clean. Constantly raising rates. Bathroom door always locked. No trash receptacle. For the amount each of us were paying, no excuse. People at front were friendly for most part. Exit day was exception as that gentleman was obviously having a bad day and did not want to there.
