Not a very secure place. Big door broke and for days anyone could get into the units. After calling and talking with the agents. They tried to assure me by saying I had insurance and they cover up to $3,000. I asked if cameras were monitored, and they said no they just recorded. 🤦🏼♂️
Jorge was knowledgeable and answered all my questions with ease. He virtually walked me to potential rental units and made this an easy choice. Highly recommended!
These people are never at the property. They don't answer their phones, they make false promises, and then they raise the rent 75%. Sure it's a nice facility, but you better not need help, because there is NONE. ONE person in a kiosk was trying to help, but since the "manager" doesn't know how to use a phone, it was useless. Don't use them! You'll never get any customer support.
Great locations. Staff, particularly the manager, Brian, was always kind and attentive. The unit and building was always clean and temperature controlled. I knew my items were safe and Brian was kind when it was time to move out. Would definitely recommend and would bring my items for storage here again.
Moved my stuff in on 11/15/2025. My rate was $88 per month. One month later I get an email that my new rate is going to be $113 per month. Literally one month later my rate goes up $25. I tell them I'm not paying that so they agree to raise it to $97. I pay that for two months and now they're trying to tell me it's getting raised to $121! In literally 5 months, my rent has increased twice and by $33. Which is over 1/3 of the price I was paying when I signed my lease I. November.
