Had a great experience with my account at Prime Storage. Having a person to talk with directly helped me address the issue that needed attention very quickly. I would recommend this place for the friendly and courteous staff alone.
For short-term storage, this is a great place. The manager, Jarret, is very helpful, friendly, and quick to respond. I have had my unit for 5 years and the price jumps a lot every year. I’m paying almost 4x what my starting rate was. I think they know that once you have your stuff in there, they can jack up the price since you aren’t likely going to pack it all up and move. So, long-term customers get the worst pricing deal.
Jarett is super amazing and helpful! He allowed me to check in early and took his time to ensure I understood everything and answered any questions. Super kind and supportive. Best experience I’ve had at any storage facility. Handsome and funny guy 10/10 recommend 👌🏽✨🙌🏽
I have had bad experience with other storage units one of the cleanest respectfulness quickness storage unit I have ever seen. I will highly recommend them. The manager. Here is absolutely nice and good looking
The location in Tulsa was great. The staff was friendly and made the move in process seamless. The only hiccup came when we got ready to place the lock. It did not fit and we had to move into the unit next to it. The paperwork had already been done so it was necessary to correct it and resign the next day. The staff handled that beautifully and made it super easy. Love, love this place. Super secure, super clean!
