Jarrett is so nice! The Office smells great upon entering. Jarrett was very hospitable and friendly considering this was my first time purchasing a storage unit at an auction and he is making it a wonderful experience. He deserves a raise.
My experience with Prime storage has been excellent and that’s why I keep on coming. The customer service is excellent Jerrett is the real deal. His professionalism and cheerful spirit will want you to always come back. The property is clean and I like the security that it gives. I will encourage anyone to use Prime Storage.
I gave this place 1 star because it is the lowest rating google allows you to provide. I would give a 0 if I could. I was asked repeatedly on my first day of moving my things into the storage unit to give them a 5 star review. I don't give reviews before I fully experience a business and their service. Was given a thorough look at the size of units I was interested in, given various pricing on 1st floor vs upper floor rental. Paperwork and further explanation of regular pricing and discounts currently being offered took more time than expected and were a bit confusing. Information being asked for took a more time to process than expected, BUT, after all was said and done I am glad to have a clean unit and safe place to keep my things.
Not all units fall under the “first month free” offer, even though the unit they showed me on level 1 was advertised as “first month free” until he told me they couldn’t do that since it was their last closest unit to the door. Then they showed me one around the corner and down the hall, which I agreed to, but after signing the contract, was taken to another level 1 unit instead, which had to use an elevator to access due to the slope of the lot.
