Jarrett is so nice! The Office smells great upon entering. Jarrett was very hospitable and friendly considering this was my first time purchasing a storage unit at an auction and he is making it a wonderful experience. He deserves a raise.
I had a unit less than 36 hrs do to a family emergency( my son was in a car accident which I should not have to share)rushing I didn’t lock unit. I did not agree or give the Store Manager(seemed to have a racist demeanor)at the Harvard location. Never did I give my consent to charge my card for $35. I tired to explain that I will lock my unit so I will not be charged, but he continued to talk over me… I became very quiet on the phone and state no and no and no. Jarrett was amazing and super helpful. The facilities were clean, well kept, and in a great area. 10/10 recommend!
Jarrett has a great personality and has been extremely helpful in securing a secondary unit. The facility is extremely clean and well maintained. This is a temperature regulated indoor facility. It is so awesome that I don't have to freeze or boil with whatever the weather happens to be. Elevators and truck dollies are also another perk of storing my stuff here. I highly recommend this storage facility.
Had a great experience setting up our short-term storage rental. The facility is clean, secure, and easy to access. The office staff was friendly and knowledgeable, helping us choose the right size unit and making sure we got a great rate.
