It's a really nice place. It has been a couple of weeks since I've moved in, but I'm fairly certain that the person that helped me was named Arianna. That says something about her impact on me with her excellent attitude. It was a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend them. It's a bit pricy, but the service was excellent.
I rented a storage unit at Prime Storage from March 2025 to May 2026. The rental experience was fantastic. I dealt with Arianna when I began and ended my rental. Arianna was knowledgable, very friendly, and extremely helpful. She made the rental experience very easy, as it should be. Prime Storage overall was great. The space was clean. Ariana the GM was very helpful with providing the information needed. She was fast with handling what was requested and getting me set up.
Beware of price increases every 3-4 months after you've moved in. I just had my 2nd price increase in 3 months. The reason they gave me was I was month-to-month so I was susceptible to frequent price increases. Not a good way to keep customers. Prime Storage doesn't think about the opportunity cost of having an empty storage unit. 1 month of an empty unit is far more expensive than treating customers fairly with annual and realistic price increases. I'll be vacating my unit very soon.
Terrible customer service Seems as though when they get your money, that above average customer service goes out the window. My old storage space was a bit further from me and a few dollars more than this one, but you can't put a price on professionalism and knowing how to speak to customers. Well you can but the difference in price and location isn't enough for me to put up with that.
