The staff members are absolutely amazing at this location! Very friendly, helpful, and professional. I needed to change to a smaller unit and they helped me out with no hesitation. The whole process was taken care of within a day, and it was completely stress-free. The facility itself is very clean and you can tell they take pride and what they do. Definitely a great place to look into if you need extra storage of all sizes. Highly recommendable. You won’t be disappointed.
I got a tender from here and came to empty my warehouse on the 2nd day. He didn't give me an access code. The office was closed when I arrived to vacate the unit and head out. The office was closed at 3:30 on Wednesday. I stayed inside. No one showed up until 5:30. I called another store and asked for help. a disgraceful place
Very friendly and clean. Hospitality is absolutely amazing and pricing is reasonable. Not to thrilled about buying keys or advertising thinking free month but overall I would recommend them.
Ariana is the best she explained everything to me and even checked on me with my situation… The unit was clean and I had no problems. I would come back again.
My basement was in danger of flooding and I had to move quicky. The staff accommodated my immediate 9th hour request and gave me 24hr access the first night.....at no charge. They even reached out to me when my introductory promotion was over to recommend smaller units if I no longer needed my larger storage unit. Great customer service from start to finish. I will be using them again.
