Great place to use if you're a first-time storage unit owner. Prices are balanced for what they provide. Facility is clean and currently expanding. Alyssa, the front desk clerk, was very professional and cordial when it came to selecting and purchasing a unit. Would recommend to others.
The storage areas are clean and well lit, there is easy access to all the units. I have used them for over a year now and everyone i have ever talked to on the phone has been very helpful and accommodating. Their online prices are the best around. I would definitely recommend using them to anyone who needs any kind of storage space.
The storage unit was clean, well-ventilated, and conveniently located near the elevator. Alyssa expertly guided me through the process of selecting the right unit, making the experience effortless.
Amazing customer service. Some of the nicest storage facilities I’ve seen and one of the cleanest facilities I’ve seen. The staff were very friendly. The manager, Alyssa, was such a great help. I do a lot of traveling and I needed a place to store some things while I was in New York and she was very helpful and knowledgeable about the space I would need for the stuff I had. Will definitely recommend this place to any of my friends in the area.
I've used this location before, very friendly staff. Alyssa the general manager I believe was very knowledgeable and helpful with all my questions. She also helped with my financial situation getting me the best for my buck. Honestly I'd go back just for Alyssa. Best place for anyone who wants a positive experience.
