Very thorough explanation of everything involved in renting the storage unit. From payment, to protection plan, rental payment, how to use the lock even how to open the storage unit!! Everything was reviewed in a manner that we understand the procedures and responsibilities. The facility was clean and well supplied with enough carts to easily transport our items. The security systems instilled confidence. Would definitely recommend Prime Storage.
Had a great experience with Alyssa. She was very thorough in explaining the options we had. She also walked us through the agreement. We felt very confident working with her to choose our storage unit and monthly plan.

Only had my storage for 2 months but overall an easy process to rent and set up an account. Very friendly phone service and on site staff. Was able to move out this past Sunday and the customer service number logged that I had moved out. Got an email the next afternoon that my account was officially closed. Didn't need to return so that was pretty convenient, especially with all it takes to move into a new apartment
As a contractor who has had many units over the past 20 years this place is by far the best. Super clean, accessible hours and the most friendly helpful staff that not only rises above their duties but goes out of the way to protect and look out for their tenants safety and well being. The two years that I've been here newer storage facilities opened closer to my home but I couldn't leave here as the GM, staff, and other tenants have become almost family.
