Amazing customer service. Some of the nicest storage facilities I’ve seen and one of the cleanest facilities I’ve seen. The staff were very friendly. The manager, Alyssa, was such a great help. I do a lot of traveling and I needed a place to store some things while I was in New York and she was very helpful and knowledgeable about the space I would need for the stuff I had. Will definitely recommend this place to any of my friends in the area.
I've used this location before, very friendly staff. Alyssa the general manager I believe was very knowledgeable and helpful with all my questions. She also helped with my financial situation getting me the best for my buck. Honestly I'd go back just for Alyssa. Best place for anyone who wants a positive experience.
Had a great experience with Alyssa, she so kind and courteous. Amazing experience detail. She was very precise very well orientated a great person to converse with thank you for making this experience of renting a storage space so easy and comfortable.
I had been renting with East View self storage since September of 2023. Would have given them 5 stars for sure. The space was always clean, carts available. Everything was just together and if you had a question you had great customer service phone or email. Things had been fine, my items were safe no issues. Was looking for a place to store a couple of items and I went into the Prime Storage in Central Islip thinking it’d be like every other storage place but it wasn't! Andrew was extremely helpful, kind, and informative when it came to selecting a storage unit. He listened to my needs and guided me professionally to selecting a unit.
