Central Islip location-I had my stuff in storage literally for 4 months, and I came back one day and had an extreme amount of mold on my sofa and the pillows. Local management said they couldn’t do anything about it because the insurance that you have to have doesn’t cover mold smh. not sure what a “temperature controlled” facility is good for if you don’t have a Dehumidifier if you know your building is prone to mold. Rat problems, mold, temperature controlled yet everytime I walked in during the winter time it was freezing. Everytime I go it reeks of urine and there’s trash in the elevator and by the doors. The construction that is basically taking place ON the storage grounds is making it difficult to even get in. The road is in shambles from the construction and I have to basically drive 2 mph upon entrance to make sure I don’t get a busted tire trying to get in?
