I had been renting with East View self storage since September of 2023. Would have given them 5 stars for sure. The space was always clean, carts available. Everything was just together and if you had a question you had great customer service phone or email. Things had been fine, my items were safe no issues. When I stopped in briefly with my aunt. I was blown away by an Alyssas customer service. She went above and beyond with everything and gave some of the best customer service I’ve had in years. Thank you Alyssa!
Alyssa was my P.O.C for my storage visit & she was very knowledgeable and helpful to me. From the initial conversation to the last interaction she was awesome!!! I will definitely use this establishment for my future needs & highly recommend them to anyone in the area who needs a extra parking spot.
I wish I could give this place zero stars. They raise their rates every three months, and in less than a year, I went from paying $35 to $110 for a 5x5 unit—plus an extra $20 for "insurance" that also has been raised 2 times this year and it doesn't even cover the mold that their facility causes. When I tried to discuss the issue with management, I was met with indifference. If you’re going to charge customers so much, the least you can do is ensure their belongings are safe from mold! While my experience isn't related to storage per say, I did have a pleasant experience at this location. Moving is one of the most stressful times in a person's life plus around the same time I was getting married. Needless to say, I was overwhelmed both physically and mentally. In addition, every place that sold moving supplies wanted an arm and leg for barely anything at all.
