If you don't want to lose all your stuff from rodent droppings, don't come here. I secured the storage space sight unseen. When I arrived I found that the staff was extremely helpful, the facility is spotless, and the space I paid for was amazing. I would recommend Prime Storage to all of my friends.
Rat problems, mold, temperature controlled yet everytime I walked in during the winter time it was freezing. Everytime I go it reeks of urine and there’s trash in the elevator and by the doors. The construction that is basically taking place ON the storage grounds is making it difficult to even get in.
