Central Islip location-I had my stuff in storage literally for 4 months, and I came back one day and had an extreme amount of mold on my sofa and the pillows. Local management said they couldn’t do anything about it because the insurance that you have to have doesn’t cover mold smh. not sure what a “temperature controlled” facility is good for if you don’t have a Dehumidifier if you know your building is prone to mold. Prime storage is very clean, well lit and, and has ample carts to help move your things in and out with ease. Alyssa in the office was very friendly, helpful and answered all our questions. Would definitely recommend if your looking for a storage facility!!!
Excellent environment nice and clean. Staff made me feel more than welcome. Period the one staff number I forgot is name he looks like Jonah Hill LOL was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely be using their units again
