Your employee (Tammy),was amazing! She was very knowledgeable and phenomenally helpful! She carries a very good vibe witch allowed me to trust her judgment. Tammy is an excellent manager. My experience was delightful and I would definitely recommend which I already have done to a few family members. The environment is clean and well organized very nice place....
This place is great. Practically brand new, well lit, and very secure. Close to home and very convenient. Customer service was great on the phone when asking questions about units for rent and the in person help at the facility with the representative Mike was even better. He took the time to show me the unit before renting it.
Came in to pay my balance and the customer service was amazing. Vej and Jenelle worked with me to finalize my payments and keep track of them. Both incredible staff at prime storage!!!
Do not use the place. They are not to be trusted! We had a unit that we had on auto payments since opening in September. Well thankfully my fiancé pays attention and noticed they didn’t take out the 8th of this month. He was quick to call but they were closed over the weekend, so he called this morning to hear that his account has been closed out because our locker was found empty with the lock open. The gentleman, Ed I spoke to was extremely friendly and patient. I had a little issue with my card, and he was very nice about it. The unit is also very nice. I got the 5x8, yes it is at the top, but it’s very spacious and worth the price.
