I owned a locker there for one hour. I went with the temporary code to see the unit that I had paid for, and thought I might be on candid camera. After a conversation on the phone and telling the clerk that I had planned to use the storage for camping equipment and bicycles, he sold me a unit that is 10 feet in the sky. I previously left a review about the drastic increase of the storage units I received, I’m writing a new one because Michael reached out and fixed the rate increase for me . I’m extremely pleased that they worked with me and made it as affordable as it was when I first got the unit. I would recommend their facility they are willing to work with you and that’s something to appreciate in the current state of our economy, so thank you again Prime storage for your assistance on the matter

Well,,,I tried to get into the storage facility one eve but there was so much broken glass covering the entire entrance way! I called the facility. An answering service answered. I informed them that I'm inconvenienced ave can't get into my storage unit because of the glass I asked if they were calling cops and calling to get someone there to clear the glass. I waited. would give 0 stars if i could. signed up for a unit at advertised price and set up auto pay and was charged an extra 7$ a month for a mandatory insurance which i was never told i needed or would be charged for. not a deal breaker right? after about 2 or 3 months i got a email stating that my monthly rent would more then double in price. so they wait for you to move your stuff in and then jack the rent up on the unit. also there are a bunch of hidden fees when you sign up and that mandatory insurance i had mentioned doesnt re... read more
