would give 0 stars if i could. signed up for a unit at advertised price and set up auto pay and was charged an extra 7$ a month for a mandatory insurance which i was never told i needed or would be charged for. not a deal breaker right? after about 2 or 3 months i got a email stating that my monthly rent would more then double in price. so they wait for you to move your stuff in and then jack the rent up on the unit. also there are a bunch of hidden fees when you sign up and that mandatory insurance i had mentioned doesnt re... read more
Went looking for a storage unit for a family member of mine. Found Prime Storage and went there to get some information, not knowing anything about what they offer. The place is extremely well maintained and cleanly, and the staff was very knowledgeable and courteous to my needs and answered all questions and more. Highly recommend this storage facility if you're in need.
Needed a storage space for my grandmother and was so happy I found this one. The gentleman who I spoke with was helpful and very nice. Was very pleased with the facility. It was clean, organized, and the staff friendly.
Adam was amazing! He took care of renting me a unit, even though it was close to his quitting time. He was gracious and welcoming. I'll definitely refer Prime Storage to anyone and everyone needing extra storage.
Reserved/ rented a unit online that stated it was a unit inside, climate controlled, second floor with elevator access. After signing everything the guy at the desk said "they told you it was a locker right?". No, they didn't. I said what do you mean? It wasn't a locker. you had to go upstairs (no prob) wheel over a giant metal ladder, and access the 4x4 door above another unit.
