It’s still people and the quality of a business’s employees who make a business worth returning to. John is that person at Prime Storage Becker Rd. We all know storage and moving can be stressful. John’s help over the last few years gave me confidence to return recently to rent a second unit. He has made the process easy and as peaceful as could possibly be because I’ve felt assured the facility is thoughtfully maintained and cared for, and that should I need assistance, John will be available as a capable, kind person wi... read more
From the very first time I came in to ask about renting, everyone was so helpful. I came back to complete the process, and everything was incredibly fast and professional. John was a huge help throughout the whole process! I highly recommend this place—the customer service is excellent, and you’ll be well taken care of.
