This is my first time renting storage space and Prime Storage has been easy and great to work with. I have been impressed with their fast and friendly service. John was kind and thorough in sharing all the important information and showing of the unit. I am also impressed with how clean the facility is. I highly recommend this place.

John is the MAN. I moved back into my parents house when I got sick a few years ago and I got a large unit for my furniture. I decided to sell some of the furniture and down-size to a smaller unit. I completely got the move-out dates incorrect and John personally called me 2 days before the scheduled move-out and the day of the move-out to remind me to change the locks and finish the move from the old to the new unit.
