I was very pleased to have decided on Prime storage when I recently sold my home in Port St. Lucie and needed to wait for my new home to be ready. I started out with one unit and found that I needed another. That was taken care of quite easily and was conveniently located next to the first unit. Codes and keys were available for ease of entry. Easy check in. The person on duty was exceptionally helpful. He took me around and orient me to everything. I have never rented a storage space before, so this orientation was super helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone needing storage for their stuff.
This place was great! John was very helpful when getting the storage. Everything from property, bathrooms, hallways and units were very clean. It was easy to access. Would def recommend !
John is the MAN. I moved back into my parents house when I got sick a few years ago and I got a large unit for my furniture. I decided to sell some of the furniture and down-size to a smaller unit. I completely got the move-out dates incorrect and John personally called me 2 days before the scheduled move-out and the day of the move-out to remind me to change the locks and finish the move from the old to the new unit.
