I had an excellent experience at Prime Storage! When I first walked in, John, the manager, provided outstanding customer service. He gave me a full explanation of the storage options, a tour of the facility, and a clear breakdown of the pricing. The facility itself is very nice, clean, and well maintained. When I came back the next day, Brianna assisted me and she was just as amazing. She helped me complete all my paperwork seamlessly through DocuSign and gave me a tour of my actual storage unit. We moved our goods to Prime Storage from another local storage company whose units are rat infested and very poorly maintained. John, Manager at the Becker Street location did a great job helping us select a unit that met our needs. The facilities are beautifully well maintained with excellent security features.
Customer service at Prime Storage on Becker Rd in Port St Lucie was exceptional. Everyone was super helpful and courteous. Especially our instore guy, John, when we actually "moved in" after a very long 2 day drive. Thank you for your extra help and overall consideration of our needs. The storage are and store were clean and easily accessible. Very pleased with our choice.
Very good experience during my rental of just over a year. Facility was always clean, and carts were always handy, if needed. I always dealt with John (Becker Road facility) and he is the best. He always went above and beyond to ensure a smooth move in/out and was always willing to assist with anything you needed. I highly recommend this Prime storage facility.
John is AMAZING! I wish I could give him 10 stars. Moving in was a breeze, he went above and beyond to make sure everything was ready for us when we moved in. Then moving out, I hit really bad traffic and a detour. He stayed and waited for me AFTER they closed. Thank you John! You are a gem. Best decision we made going with Prime Storage. 10/10 recommend
