Updating my review because management ultimately made things right. I originally had an issue involving an extra monthly charge after moving out of my unit. Although there was some confusion regarding my move-out and a lock I accidentally left on the unit after it was already empty, the team eventually reviewed the situation and removed the charge. My second time using prime storage. The older gentleman there is friendly and attentive. He answers any questions you may have and makes you feel comfortable. Highly recommend this storage company. Very clean and friendly customer service. I’m happy . Thank you prime storage ❤️

I have no complaints at all. Clean, comfortable atmosphere, did not see one bug anywhere the whole time I was there, walking in or out.

I can’t express how impressed I am with the service and the quality of this storage facility. The units are clean, secure, and well-maintained. The staff was professional and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend!

John was very professional and resourceful. He did such a great job I ended up getting 3 units. He is a great value to Prime Storage and an asset to whatever you may need as far as storage.
