These guys are a horrible place to rent from. I had 2 storage units for 26 months and over the course of that time they raised my rates almost $200? Once they know you're going to be there a while is when the rates start going up. If your late by 1 day they charge you $15 and could care less why the payment was 1 day late. I had nothing but trouble with these guys. I was a few days late once and they put locks on both of my units until I paid? 26 months of renting and that's how they treat you. John is a wonderful human being, so out of this world. he goes above and behind to make it easier for me to sign the rental. This is my second time renting a parking space there and he make the process so easy that i can't complain about nothing. The facility is well kept and clean. Trust me you will not regret renting here.

Been using them for almost 2 years and in September 2022 they called me because my unit was flooding because of a storm so they told me to come and move my belongings to another unit and I did that the same day by myself with no help from a worker which was a huge inconvenience for me as it was. Fast forward to March 2024, I’m ready to move my stuff out, more specifically my mattress since I got a new apartment.
