I have always had the best experience when I come to the main facility especially when John is around. He always go above and beyond no matter what and he is also so patient. I do always have the best conversations with John also. Thank you John, love this place

John was very professional and resourceful. He did such a great job I ended up getting 3 units. He is a great value to Prime Storage and an asset to whatever you may need as far as storage.

When I called on the phone to set up my storage, I was told that the lock would be in the storage unit because I did this on a Sunday morning. They gave me a code to get in and I paid for everything on the phone. when I arrived to the storage unit, the code did not work. I had to call customer service and spend time doing that after I already spent time setting it all up originally.
