This is my first time using prime storage. What a great experience. I was able to login and set everything up online. Then when I got there, Tamisha helped me get all situated. One of the best experiences I’ve had at any business! Highly recommend.
This is my first time renting storage space and Prime Storage has been easy and great to work with. I have been impressed with their fast and friendly service. John was kind and thorough in sharing all the important information and showing of the unit. I am also impressed with how clean the facility is. I highly recommend this place.

Property is very clean .. But the biggest but watch your account if it's not on auto they still will remove money from your account without authorization. I tried fixing with guy at property . My first and only question to the gentleman was if it's not on auto pay do you have the right to take the money he said yes because it is policy I said absolutely not in the policy does not say you can just remove money without auto pay I even called higher up and they said no you do not remove money from accounts if it's not on au... read more
I have been storing here for two years. I’ve never had any problems and always had great service. Renting, then changing to a smaller unit was a breeze. Highly recommended!
