Be careful when getting a storage unit here. The place is clean and secure but 2 months after setting a monthly rate of $180 after taxes and such, I got another email from them... "Rental Rate Notice". It stated "From time to time, it becomes necessary to evaluate our rates and make appropriate changes." My new rate is now $230, 22% increase just like that. Needed a storage unit for a few months while I moved from Bremerton to Olympia, and I’m so glad I decided to use Prime storage. It’s clean, the staff was very helpful and on top of things, and felt well guarded. The price that I paid for the size unit I got was very fair. Move out was super simple as well. A great experience overall.

This is 10 star worthy service from Karrie and Martell. I came in yesterday just before close to check into my storage unit. Karrie and Martell were not only extremely helpful but they were super patient as well. I last minute decided to get a bigger unit and despite it being 5 mins to close they took the time out to help me get everything situated I didn’t feel rushed or anything. I’m so happy I chose prime storage and even more happy with the customer service!! Thank you again
Martell was fabulous to meet. I was in a hurry and got a storage unit at public storage which was automated. I go to my unit and decided it was too small. So I decided that I needed to upgrade. The office was permantly closed rom what I could tell and nobody to assist. On my way home I found prime Storage and met Martell who politely took me on a tour of several units and found the perfect storage unit for my needs. The location is clean, reasonable, and has wonderful staff. 😁
