Had a unit with prime storage for about 2 years now. Great experience. They always contacted me if I accidentally left my unit unlocked. Martell was the best. She’s very kind and welcoming. Definitely recommend using this storage facility.

Martell & Karrie the ladies in the office are amazing! They always greet me with a smile, are super helpful with any questions, and truly care about their customers. It’s rare to find customer service this good anymore. Five stars all the way!

Prime Storage has been great. I had a life event come up and they have had everything I needed to get it solved. I was recommended them by my brother, and their location is super convenient for me. Facilities are very clean, and the hours for the security gate are perfect. Management and staff are very kind and accommodating. Thank you Karrie!

Went in to the office for some help and Martell was amazing!!! She was so friendly and personable and even stayed well after closing to ensure we got our unit taken care of. This is why we’ve been with Prime Storage for so long, highly recommend for all your storage needs!
