My family and I have never had such an easy experience with a storage facility! I have received some of the best service from Prime Storage, and would recommend it to anyone looking for a new safe place to trust with their belongings. Martell and Karrie are always such a joy to see!
The service was great. Martel is very professional and caring. While at the facility I felt a little light headed. She offered me a chair and also gave me a bottle of water. She walked me to the site and even walked along with me back to my vehicle to make sure I'll be alright. Great job Martel, thanks for being such a nice person.
I’ve had the pleasure of connecting with Martell and was impressed by her professionalism, communication, and willingness to help. Friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I’d be happy to recommend them to anyone looking for storage solutions.
It’s always such a welcoming and easy experience coming to use my storage. I would always recommend patronizing a business that truly cares for its customers. Prime Storage has never missed the mark for me!
Wow ! Martell was so amazing her customer service was absolutely a 10 out of 10!!! Gave me an amazing estimate and I will be back :) thank you so much !
