Martell & Karrie the ladies in the office are amazing! They always greet me with a smile, are super helpful with any questions, and truly care about their customers. It’s rare to find customer service this good anymore. Five stars all the way!
Prime Storage has been great. I had a life event come up and they have had everything I needed to get it solved. I was recommended them by my brother, and their location is super convenient for me. Facilities are very clean, and the hours for the security gate are perfect. Management and staff are very kind and accommodating. Thank you Karrie!
Storages can be stressful. The Cost, Moving things back and forth. However, thankfully there is a place like Prime Storage. Everything is so Streamlined it makes it a lot easier to deal with. After Hours ability to access my storage is very convenient. Whether it’s short term or long term, this is the place to go. And a bonus, during the day you can deal with awesome workers. Went in to the office for some help and Martell was amazing!!! She was so friendly and personable and even stayed well after closing to ensure we got our unit taken care of. This is why we’ve been with Prime Storage for so long, highly recommend for all your storage needs!
