Prime Storage has been great. I had a life event come up and they have had everything I needed to get it solved. I was recommended them by my brother, and their location is super convenient for me. Facilities are very clean, and the hours for the security gate are perfect. Management and staff are very kind and accommodating. Thank you Karrie!
Went in to the office for some help and Martell was amazing!!! She was so friendly and personable and even stayed well after closing to ensure we got our unit taken care of. This is why we’ve been with Prime Storage for so long, highly recommend for all your storage needs!
Storages can be stressful. The Cost, Moving things back and forth. However, thankfully there is a place like Prime Storage. Everything is so Streamlined it makes it a lot easier to deal with. Prime Storage has stellar customer service and truly cares about their customers. The staff are friendly, helpful, and always have a positive attitude. The facility is very clean, safe, and well-maintained. I’d highly recommend Prime Storage to anyone looking for a reliable and professional place to store their belongings!
Not even 2 months in and they tried to raise my rate by 30%. I also found out that they were charging me for their rental insurance even though I have my own. When I signed up for the unit I gave them the information regarding the rental insurance that I have through my own bank. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.
