My family and I have never had such an easy experience with a storage facility! I have received some of the best service from Prime Storage, and would recommend it to anyone looking for a new safe place to trust with their belongings. Martell and Karrie are always such a joy to see!

The service was great. Martel is very professional and caring. While at the facility I felt a little light headed. She offered me a chair and also gave me a bottle of water. She walked me to the site and even walked along with me back to my vehicle to make sure I'll be alright. Great job Martel, thanks for being such a nice person.

Had a unit with prime storage for about 2 years now. Great experience. They always contacted me if I accidentally left my unit unlocked. Martell was the best. She’s very kind and welcoming. Definitely recommend using this storage facility.
