Honestly I was very surprised and disappointed at the same time. I rent a unit from the company and never expected to force myself out to search for another storage company. I been with the prime storage for 9th months and my stuff got water damage led paint on my child stuff. The only good thing about this company was a few good employees who sometimes nice to you after you tips them.. Never again Prime Storage.
Angie is wonderful & did a wonderful job helping me in a very stressful, stressful situation. I came here in dire need of help and support. Angie made sure everything was just picture perfect for me. I cannot say enough about being a part of the Prime Storage family now. I just think that you should have a big big extra paycheck for Angie & Catherine because it’s so wonderful. They treated me so well I’m I’m just so glad that I’ve had this experience. Thank you very much.
Angie was so helpful as we were trying to find just the right size unit for our stuff. She is very professional and patient. We are very happy with the location and the price. The management and customer service is excellent!
Angie and Rosie have been amazing and took really good care of my needs and showed me many different options of the units. Supper grateful for they're help!
