Great storage facility, units are extra large to accommodate all sizes of stuff being stored. Staff is super friendly and always greets you with a smile when you enter. Very secure and always clean. You will not be disappointed in this facility.

I have been a customer at Prime storage for many years, and from day one, everyone I have ever interacted with at this office has been incredibly kind and helpful and amazing. Beyond this just being a happy coincidence, which it may very well be to some extent, this usually speaks to wonderful management where team members are treated with respect and kindness. Karen was so helpful and explained everything in details. Process was very quick and staff was pleasant and very professional. It took 5 minutes to finalize everything. It’s a very clean storage too. Definitely recommend .
Melissa and Karen are the best they always keep the location clean, their customer service is the best and always ready to help. The prices for the units could be lower so my 5 stars are for the girls.
