Prime Storage in Rancho Cucamonga is one of the cleanest and most safe storages that I have had. I am honestly glad that I rented a space there because I feel like my things are safe. Along with this am very grateful for the staff that works there. Melissa has been such a pleasure. She has been such a great help and is such a sweet soul.
I have been a customer at Prime storage for many years, and from day one, everyone I have ever interacted with at this office has been incredibly kind and helpful and amazing. Beyond this just being a happy coincidence, which it may very well be to some extent, this usually speaks to wonderful management where team members are treated with respect and kindness. Melissa and Karen are the best!! Excellent customer service from them and they make renting here amazing. If it wasn’t for them I would be gone. Rates are a little high but their customer service make it worth it. Clean facility as well.
