Great storage facility, units are extra large to accommodate all sizes of stuff being stored. Staff is super friendly and always greets you with a smile when you enter. Very secure and always clean. You will not be disappointed in this facility.

I have stored my boat at their indoor Rancho Cucamonga facility for the past 15 years. A few weeks ago, I received a certified letter in the mail stating that they are terminating my lease, giving me less than 30 days to move out. The letter contained threats of legal action if I failed to vacate the premises by the stated date. I called prime storage the next day to find out what was going on. The two ladies working at the front desk were awesome. Made you feel very comfortable and It made the whole process Very easy. I would highly recommend if you’re looking for a storage to check this place out.
