I’ve had a generally positive experience with Prime Storage in Rancho Cucamonga, especially when it comes to customer service. The staff has always been helpful, responsive, and easy to work with, which makes a big difference when dealing with storage needs. This is by far the best storage facility around. The customer service is always 5 stars. Been here for almost 3 years and have no complaints. Well worth every dollar.
Karen stepped in to help me register at the most difficult moment and made sure my inventory found a safe and appropriate place to be stored. Their team is incredibly humane, welcoming, thoughtful, and responsible. If you are searching for reliable storage space, I highly recommend visiting this company—you won’t be disappointed.
