Prime Storage in Rancho Cucamonga is one of the cleanest and most safe storages that I have had. I am honestly glad that I rented a space there because I feel like my things are safe. Along with this am very grateful for the staff that works there. Melissa has been such a pleasure. She has been such a great help and is such a sweet soul.
I have been a customer at Prime storage for many years, and from day one, everyone I have ever interacted with at this office has been incredibly kind and helpful and amazing. Beyond this just being a happy coincidence, which it may very well be to some extent, this usually speaks to wonderful management where team members are treated with respect and kindness.
